No, I haven't. It is probably not more than 15 miles from where I live, and I've never heard of it. I'll be sure to check it out as soon as it gets a little warmer! I have some strange mounds on my land, too; but I thought they were the previous owners's dogs! LOL.

I did the tour when I was a kid. I wasn't too impressed with the hills, cuz I don't think we were allowed to climb on them. The highlight was some kind of outdoor showcase that contained the bleached out bones of some poor soul.

From ground level, the mounds look pretty much like grassy berms.

Yeah, but it's nearby and probably doesn't cost anything. My kind of tourist attraction! I just showed the map to my husband, and he's never heard of it either. Probably we'd know about it if we'd raised kids here, but we moved here after all the kids were out of college.

You do know that the State of Wisconsin pays a proclaimed witch, who has renamed herself Rev. Witch, to minister to prisoners who claim WICCA as their religion? It's another one of the many Wisconsin taxpayer rip offs. I think she gets about 35k from the state.

Wisconsin also builds half way houses for sexually violent predators all over the state. They are trying to put one in near us because I guess we don't have our fair share of sexually violent predatoors in our neighborhood.

Mr. Frank Joseph Collin will fit right in. :(

I think that informing us about him is better than pulling the thread. I looked for further info about the info from that original thread, cuz I was looking to see how close Rock Lake is to me. The info you provided about the author & his group puts the info on the website in a whole new light! New agey racism... I thought I'd just about seen it all. lol Makes me want to look into the "credentialed" people involved in the organization, if only to get more ticked off about where my tax dollars are going.

If I didn't think they'd get Senators, I'd start a push to force Madison & Milwaukee out of the state. Michigan proves that a state does not have to be contiguous. The two cities could join up with Chicago & Minneapolis and those of us left behind would be living in red states.
