Mornin' PAL. I just love kittens. I would like to have another one, but my doxie and silkie wouldn't take kindly to a new addition to family, I'm afraid.

He finishes his two week notice today. I hired a new experienced tech and a trainee that start Monday. All my other techs are fine. This guy just couldn't catch on because he is physically and mentally lazy. He was hired by my boss a year ago against my recommendation. After 1 day I was ready to let him go because he was lazy. But I tried very hard to train him and after 6 months then started trying to get them to let him go. My boss is hopelessly wishful about how he wants something to be versus what it is. I fix problems rather than endure them. They will not go against my recommendations again and at last gave me full hire and fire authority with the techs and the service reps.

The operations department will soar now.
