Quitting Post Question

How does a registered forum member go about closing out/canceling their registration?
Although I wasn't here much I am spending to much time online and I no longer wish to post anywhere on the net so I need to know how to do this?

Are you trying to ween yourself off the internet easily, by deleting memberships to places where you didn't post too often?
I suggest you should go cold turkey.
