Yuppers.
Trying to keep warm, hard to do when one's natural body temp is barely above normal ambient room temp.
(D-sheare normal body temp: 96.8 - 97.1 = dangerously low.)

My normal body temp is somewhere around 97.7 degrees.

That stinks.
It took me weeks to get over my last cold, this past December.
My older brother was also caught up in the vagaries of cold and flu season.
I haven't seen him since New Year's, so I don't know if his cough is still lingering or not.
But yeah, almost everyone in my family has had an encounter with the rhinovirus within the past few months.

The illness is probably why I was feeling weak. It just finally settled in to my throat and sinuses. Now I have to try to evict it.
To: Do not dub me shapka broham
I had a cold it took me almost a month to completely kick. Never had one like that before.

I hope I can get rid of this in less than a month.
I have been ill for over a month before, but never from just a cold.

I already have some pre-existing sinus conditions, so whenever I contract a viral infection, it just becomes that much more difficult to breathe.
Whenever I've had the flu, bronchitis, or even a mild cold, I've found it difficult to function properly.
Usually, it takes at least a few weeks for me to fully recuperate.

I usually kick a cold in a week to ten days. Hope you have better luck.
