We could not get a room for Thursday night at Chukchansi. We were going to go there to check it out. Marissa and I planned to take a walk and spend time in the room while the men did a little gambling. We will probably just do something in Fresno tomorrow night. Maybe Outback.
Marissa and I will be at the rally Friday night. FriendAnn is going to try to make it. I need to answer some email from some people who are not FReepers. They want to know if we are having a rally.

Okay, we will be there. Also, I have the contact information for our two newest FReepers, Lavender and Java Guy, I will freepmail it to you later tonight. Don't know if they will be able to come or not, but tame hopes they will.

We were still in Morro Bay when the initial quake hit. With most of the past earthquakes, my comments were "I think we had an earthquake. This one was "WE are having an earthquake".And still had time to think about what we have been taught before I said "Marissa, come over here between the beds". It seemed as soon as it quit rocking us, the second one hit. We walked down the flight of stairs instead of taking the elevator.
I haven't felt any of the aftershocks today but JA jr felt the two larger ones this morning. I was busy and didn't feel them but he was getting his stuff together so he could go back home. We've sure had a litter of them today. 32 total for today but most were just little shivers.

Evening, Sam and Tulip.
I've been deleting a bunch of files infected with spyware. That's a very insidious virus, which collects your private info and causes a lot of harm to the puter. My computer has been pretty slow lately. Hope it'll work better now.

JK says he heard that the seismologist are bracing for another one, maybe as bad as the Northridge quake. They haven't been very successful at predicting them up to this point, but with Mt. St. Helens rumbling, this may be more of an educated guess. Of course, they can't say where they think it might be centered, so it is impossible to prepare for these things.

Looks like I missed out on the celebrations today, so I thought I'd get a head start on tomorrow since I have a feeling I won't be FReeping until late again. (Plus in a half hour it's going to be Sept. 30 here anyway.) So...
Happy Ask A Stupid Question Day!

Great to see you this evening. I needed a little nap so I missed you again.
Those fall colors are lovely; thanks for sharing the graphic. Hope you are having a terrific week.

Good evening, Tulip.
I had a good day. This has been a do nothing day but a busy one. A little 4 day country fair started today so my brother and I took Marissa and her brother there this afternoon. The kids spent a lot of money and exhausted us. LOL
It was nice to get away for a couple of days. We enjoyed the ocean and the cool weather.
Hope you are having a great week.

It surprised me when I called for reservations. It had not occurred to me that I should have called last week.
We decided to go on a Thursday because we thought it would be quieter than on a Friday or Saturday night. I don't know how many rooms they have but I think it is a pretty big place.
Some day we will get there. :)

Our Louie/Max weighs 50+ pounds. His older brother weighs 100 so I'm expecting that he will weigh about the same.
He sure missed us when we were gone for those two days. My BIL came by to feed him and Millie but he missed the attention he usually gets. Millie entertains herself by running in circles but Louie/Max wants human contact. :)

I think President Bush will do fine but I always worry about these things.
You just never know what can or will go wrong.
With all of the suspected voter fraud going on, I'm worried. The dumocrats are great at getting out the dead vote.

I had spybot on mine but I think I somehow lost it. :)
