Spelling is not one of my strong points. Thanks for the info about it. Almost all the Freepers put up with me as I am.
Hope your day is going well. I just bought a couple more houses and I'm going to get ready to rent out. Well I got one rented this weekend and I'm going start work on the other one as soon as I get in the mood.

Where are the pitchers you are so famous for!?!

Do you have to repair them or only clean them to ready them for rental?

I do some of the repairs. The major repairs I have help with. Will be putting on a roof next week and I will have a roofer and a friend helping. What repairs I do depends on how busy I am with my Real Estate Co.

Some of the heavy stuff I don't do any more. I just do the stuff I enjoy doing come to think of it. :^)
