I'm not going to be on much longer. I have to get up early tomorrow.
Hope to see you tomorrow. I'm not sure how much time I will have for freeping online.
We are having our Support the Troops Rally tomorrow night. It's been a month since our last one.
I should be on tomorrow night. Have fun at the rally!
I'm going to get some sleep now. Have a good night.
Good night, Tulip. Sweet dreams.
Chitlins is all the parts of the pig your mama warned you about. Intestines, mostly, and when they're cooked up right and scraped... man that's some good eats. And yes, I'm the only white boy I know that likes chitlins.
PS - Chitlin is actually an abbreviation for chitterling. Just thought you might wanna know. :D
Evening Victoria. :-)
Today is:
Fresh Breath Day
Pie Day (Minnesota)
Try Hypnosis Day, Try Hypnosis Day, Try Hypnosis Day
Halfway Point Of Summer Day
(Note: I believe yesterday was Blackmail Day -- so I skipped it for lack of perceived interest.)
Meanwhile, in the category of "Halfway Summer," this is how I spent a recent Saturday afternoon:
Summer Afternoon at Tanglewood
This was the afternoon before the performance of soprano Renée Fleming at
the Tanglewood Music Festival with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Patrick Summers, conducting.
Sir Georg Solti once commented about Renée Fleming, "Quite apart from the sheer lyrical beauty
of her voice, she has an innate musicianship which makes every performance a great joy."
It's Friday now. Don't know if you're at work, but want to say 'hi'. Hope you're still staying away from those paint fumes. Look forward to FReeping with you again when you can.
Wednesday was my nite off. I decided to splurge, went to the DQ and ordered a California 1/4 lb. hamburger, fried mushrooms, and a small chocolate malt, and there wasn't even any vending machine in sight! Last night I tried to make up for it and had a mixed greens salad. I'll try to do better. (Where is my bag of almonds...)
Thank you for the Les Paul. If I knew how to dance to it I would have, right here in the office! I liked it but my 22 yr old co-worker said it gave her a headache, some people don't know good music. The other 40+ in here with me liked it though.
