Yep. Plus my Cherokee greatgrandmother called me Little Hawk when I was a baby and a toddler. She died before I was 3.

A redheaded little hawk. Do you remember her saying that? Little ears are very impressionable, reminds me of Amy's poem from the other day.

My mom told me my grandmother used to make a birthday cake for Jesus at Christmas. I don't remember it, she died when I was 2. If it wasn't for adults telling me about Jesus and God when I was a child I doubt I would have any faith today. (I'm too cynical and independent - and a brat. I'm not a shapeshifter, I'm all those things at the same time.)

Oh I forgot to tell you my greatgrandmother was blind, (some fever in year earlier life), so hair color didn't matter. She was 98 when she died.
