Not getting wrinkles is not as important as learning how to get the right kind of wrinkles -- smile and laugh lines, which make a face more welcome every visit.

George Carlin has always been very liberal. I'm not sure whether he has changed or not, probably not enough.

Anyway, I liked that and wanted to share it. If he is still as liberal as he was before, that piece is amazing!!

Weathering

She stands, windswept, on a sun-soaked shore,
Not old, but neither young anymore
Wondering, wuthering, like the breeze all around,
how should a woman look, think, or sound

as Time no longer comes as a friend,
are days of romance and beauty at an end?
Listen, for the wind makes reply...

Like many a friend, as Time goes by,
Time changed from friend, and became a Lover,
shaping the body that serves as but a cover
for the spirit and soul within.

Style, Time gave you, uniquely your own,
Grace was yours, always, like seabirds windblown,
hovering over strands, in search of their food,
So why, on age, Dear Heart, should you brood?

Think on the memories locked in your eyes!
The people you see, friends, or beaux in disguise?
So, sunset at shoreline has beauty its own,
So dance under starlight, like evenings you've known.
