Thank you...you're right it doesn't matter if you smoke or not....these bans ARE bad for business.
I know too many bar/restaurant owners in Delaware and New York that have taken a major hurting and are barely making a go of it, even after many years of profitable business.

Hundreds of California pubs went under within one year in California. I move to Nevada in 2 days:)

Down to 2 days - that's cool!!!!!!!! Stressful, but cool.
I was in Delaware last week - my friends are really hurting....Maryland is so close and that is where most of their clientele has gone, or else they are just staying home.
