We had a campus pub at Boston College and the drinking age was 18 in Boston at the time!....30 cents for a 12 ounce draft! All the babes came in there! Ah, the good old days:)

Drinking age in Quebec was 20, but no one ever checked. 20 cents for 12 ounces of beer, in establishments called taverns, which in Quebec meant women weren't allowed. But women were allowed everywhere else, bars, etc. And they hadn't passed any language laws yet. And the Canadiens were a great hockey team. And the Montreal women were gorgeous. In other words, it was Utopia.

She's just fine. Still has her little store and she bought her a house not far from here.

I saw our West Coast fleet about 15 years ago. Three tinpot pieces of crap that a decent tank could have blown out of the water. Pathetic. Although I've since been informed that I was misinformed and didn't see the whole fleet. Oh, well.

I went to a lot of Canadiens/Bruins games at Boston Garden in the mid to late 60's. Never been to McGill...a good school!!

I went to a LOT of Canadiens games from 1968 to 1972. $1.50 to stand. I went to almost none after graduating. I lived in the dorms, and when most of my dorm crowd buddies left town, I lost interest in actually going to the Forum.

Both were great teams!!

The Bruins/Canadiens games back then were thrilling. I was a hockey nut back then, and enjoyed most of the other games, but the ones against the Bruins were special.

Life's all right at the moment.
Finished traveling for a while so I can sleep in my own bed for more than three nights at a time.

Glad to hear you girls will be wearing the bar wench outfits.
