Budweiser showed up with a tent at a major motorcycle event that the company sponsored in the city of Sturgis in South Dakota.
The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is the world’s largest motorcycle rally that began in 1938 by a group of Indian Motorcycle riders. It was originally held for stunts and races.
Social media erupted as people saw no one visiting the Budweiser tent or drinking its beer. “ZERO attendees at the Budweiser tent in Sturgis,” one person commented. “This may be the BIGGEST marketing blunder of all time!”

I think their only hope would be to get Dale Jr. back driving the red #8 but he would probably want no part of that.

I think Budweiser as a beer brand is done. I live in the Black Hills and I’ve been to the Sturgis Rally a number of times and for that Budweiser pavilion to be that empty in crowded Sturgis means Budweiser is a zombie product, it’s still moving a bit but it is already dead.
At least Budweiser expanded their market in gay bars an trannies but they lost the bulk of their core customers. Stupid.

Technically they are back in business. The company folded in the ‘50’s, but was rebranded in 1999.

I knew Sammy Pierce, my dad Bought his house when he was going thru his divorce. He built the Indians in the 60’s up until about 1970-71 and rolled them across the street to the Store where they were sold. This was in San Gabriel and the store was on San Gabriel Blvd 100 yards from the house he assembled them in.
