It is the nicest day of the year today, so I got my convertible out of storage and was randomly driving around looking at the trees and the rest of God's creation, walked on the beach and just wanted to enjoy nature.
I normally do not carry, but there were all random people wearing masks, so I could not really see their expressions and try to gauge what their intentions might be.
It seems like they were trying to cover up their first amendment rights to expression or something.
Even in the neighborhoods when I was driving home there were just people alone wearing masks checking out the houses and stuff.
Should I call 911 and report all these suspicious people ?
Formerly worked in a shop building crates for overseas shipments. Masks were necessary. Way too much dust. My nose was wrecked. Allergies are another thing.
Saw a guy riding a motorcycle with his mask on, it was sunny and the sunlight would cook the virus quickly.
He was not wearing a helmet. So if he had wrecked his head would be split open like a smashed watermelon but at least he wouldn’t have the ‘rona (assuming the mask even worked).
I have never seen anyone wear masks until this scamdamic.
I am 72 and not vaccinated and I still wear a mask when I go to Walmart, Kroger and Ingles. Mainly out of habit but it’s also nice to walk by someone who is particularly abhorrent and just mouth “eff you” under the mask. It’s a venting release mechanism. :0)
Are you really that stupid?
We’re living in London glad to be able to hide from CCTV for a minute or two...
It used to be a social stigma, actually. Currently conditions are improved for allergy sufferers because masking is now more accepted.
The masks are stupid as they provide absolutely no benefit when it comes to protection from Viruses.
I think the time is soon coming that we’ll all have to carry if we want a chance to survive.
Yes, call the police every time you see someone wearing a mask.
I see quite a few people wearing masks in public, I don't pay them any mind. However, I do wonder about those who are driving solo, and wearing a mask.
I think they are smart to bypass police state face recognition technology.
Who doesn’t like privacy?
The mask provides a sense of it good bad or indifferent.
Motorcyclists have worn masks since there have been motorcycles. It’s because of dust and bugs. Remember, at the beginning of the panic, it was suggested that people needing masks should go to motorcycle shops and buy pre-existing mask products.
German motorcycle troops in WW2 in Africa often wore gas masks, not because they were under gas attack, but because the things offered eye protection and protection from crap in the air.
Indeed. Some of them are ugly as hell.
People with allergies are in hell and some have to wear masks to breathe.
They breathe better through a mask? Really?
It’s spring. Things are blooming.
Apparently normalizing of masking is blooming, and you're watering the plants.
I have had bad allergies, pollen, dust, dander, smoke, all my life and never, NEVER has any doctor or allergy specialist ever said wear a mask. I took allergy shots to desensitize me somewhat, but never did any one of them ever mention wearing a mask. lot easier than shots and experimental allergy drugs (that are now otc)...
You should be suspicious.
They are protecting you from what they have.
And you don’t want to know what they have.
Depends on their car. *If* they are masking because of pollen, a lot of cars don’t have pollen filters and unless your car is properly sealed and the recirc system works properly, you can get a supercharged blast of pollen laced air. Ask me how I know.
A lot of people didn’t mask in the past because they went places where you were not allowed to cover your face for fear of crime - banks would make me take off my full face helmet (motorcycle rider) until the pandemic hit, often enough.
But, hey, we deserve it, right?
I never saw people wearing masks in public prior to 2019, when antifa started wearing them and later when they were mandated because of covid.
