In Baldwin's ABC interview, the actor said that he is not personally responsible and he does not feel guilt over the incident, but that "someone is responsible."

He doesn’t feel guilt?! He pulled the trigger. The End. Anyone with an ounce of sanity or conscience would be groaning with guilt.

His whining and squirming will be an ongoing source of amusement for the next year or two. I am looking forward to it.

There is no way the defense will be able to demonstrate how that pistol could have fired without either trigger action or trigger and fanning action.
And where was the required ballistic shield for the camera crew that would have stopped the bullet?

At this point in the investigation, it's tough to tell who will end up bearing the responsibility in the shooting death. The person holding the gun when it was fired?

This is not gonna be unraveled until Raymond Burr gets involved.

There must be real internal politics going on. The local pols don’t want to lose the movie business. The Soros DA of course wants to let him off. But some detectives won’t let it go and finally got a warrant from a judge who isn’t also corrupt. Must be some real back room strife going on.
Any normal person would have been arrested the same day or within a week. Negligent homicide.

...it's tough to tell who will end up bearing the responsibility in the shooting death... Tough call? Really? Off the top of my head, I don't know, HOW ABOUT THE GUY WHO SHOT HER?
Wait, no, they're leftists. They'll blame the gun, the ammo, who-ever brought the ammo on set, the armorer, the gun manufacturer, the victim herself for the direction... Anything, anyone except their protected boy Alec. Nooo he can't be responsible. Gosh, can't you see how sorry he is, how bad he feels? He's the real victim here!
Sadly not satire, that is how it is being spun.

It took almost two months to get a warrant for his cell phone? If it were any of us, they’d probably have our cell phones within hours.

No one has said where Baldwin was in the hours before he killed her. Why is there no time line of that day and from the day that the gun and ammunition first arrived on the set.

FOX and Bret Baier have caved to LIBspeak when Bret
reported:
"The actor was holding the gun that fired the fatal shot, which also injured the movie's director."
It's surprising that FOX didn't describe Alec Baldwin as "an uninvolved bystander to the gun's fatal shooting."

Reminder - He shot TWO people and killed one. Single action revolvers don’t repeat fire. Can’t repeat fire.

ABC interview in which he said he never pulled the trigger. This gun was a revolver was it not? Ergo, he pulled the trigger. Revolvers just don't fire by themselves.
