It took almost two months to get a warrant for his cell phone? If it were any of us, they’d probably have our cell phones within hours.
True, but a lot of times it’s what people do AFTER the crime that gets them caught. Do you really think he texted people before he shot her anything relevant? Or do you think he’s texted people after and said what he really did? Especially after his terrible interview? He could have said he did pull the trigger but couldn’t admit it on camera. Or that he does feel guilty but if he admits it he’ll get sued. That will play very well in front of a jury.
