Is Kamala Harris Being Forced Out by the Dems? By any reckoning, her days are numbered.
The American Spectator ^ | December 9, 2021 | Pat Nolan

Posted on 12/09/2021 9:04:16 AM PST by KeyLargo

"I believe the plan is for Biden to nominate his wife Jill Biden to replace Kamala as vice president, and then succeed him as president, becoming the first female president in our history.

In fact, I think the plan all along was for Jill to run for president in Joe’s place in 2024. However, last month’s election calamity has forced the Dem leadership to move up the timetable. The plan to oust Kamala has been in place for many months. With one or both houses of Congress likely to flip red, Dems must act post-haste."

I do expect Kamala will be persuaded to leave. Won’t be overtly forced out, but will either be “offered” a better job (SCOTUS judge? depends on who resigns, and soon...) or a vapid warm-fuzzy excuse (”I want to spend more time with my husband ... in our new oceanfront mega-villa on Martha’s Vineyard”).

I don’t expect Jill will fill the slot. A husband-wife V/POTUS just seems reeeeeealy suspicious. She doesn’t have any gov’t executive experience. He’s literally demented. If he goes (likely soon), would be way too weird for the majority to see her step up to his job rather than take care of him.

I don’t expect Hillary will fill the slot. Her time has passed. She’ll still talk like she’s a viable candidate, but in a “crazy wine/cat aunt telling how great she’d be as CEO” way.

I don’t expect Mich[elle|ael] will fill the slot. No political experience, nowhere near enough popular support.

I don’t expect Nancy will fill the slot. She wants to, but like Hillary is past her time - just hasn’t left the office yet. Could fall into the seat if both Kamala and Joe exit (in that order), but would arrive on a fast track out.

That leaves the question unanswered: who do the Progressive puppet masters have in mind to slip into Kamala’s seat, before the sitting VP moves up to fill Joe’s? They need her to go ASAP, yes ... who next?

Both are wretched.

And wholly unqualified. But these seem to be Dem resume enhancers rather than disqualifiers

Ridiculous. They cannot replace a “woman of color” with the white babysitter- not going to happen

“If Harris is forced out (*) who-ever her replacement is will be President in a matter of months”

And this is why the Republicans should play hard ball.

With no sitting VP, a replacement VP cannot be confirmed without at least 1 GOP vote in the Senate.

The GOP should insist the new VP be a sitting Democrat senator from a state with a Republican governor. Say, Joe Manchin of WV or Ralph Warnock from GA. This would ensure that control of the Senate reverts back to the Republicans.

If the Democrats balk, tough. The VP slot can sit empty.

President Lyndon Johnson had no VP for almost two years. We can survive not having a VP.

Excellent post. It almost makes me wish there was a thumbs up button on FR, though it would ruin the site.

If Hillary run again will her slogan be, “It’s My Turn, Part III.”?

Whatever they have in mind, they will do it before next June to save their majorities in the mid-term elections. Without going into the whole scenario, I expect that weasel Pierre Delecto, a/k/a Mitt Romney to paly a crucial role.

Red B. Yes, very deliberate in my view.

A Blanken resignation with a HRC replacement and a Jammy Harris ouster might be one path, but they still have that issue of the Pubbies going along with this, which they might not. (Who can they blackmail??)

They went shallow and ran Kammy for the optics. Now they can experience results of that choice, which will not look good no matter what it is.

The simple fact is that if Harris doesn't want to go, they can't make her. Bringing up Spiro Agnew's bum's-rush over $59K in campaign funds is a non sequitur - that was another age, and they put the skids under Nixon for the mere threat of impeachment that Clinton ignored and Trump ignored twice. The rules have changed.

She'll have to be defeated at the polls, and for that the Dems are going to have to lose an election, and lose it with a looming sweep in both houses of Congress. No wonder they're concerned. If she's still VP in '24 (that's Plan A but it's looking less and less hopeful as Dementia Joe deteriorates) then they'll engineer a loss in the nominating convention; if she's the sitting president at the time, that's likely to shatter the party, particularly if the winner turns out to be male. Forcing Harris into the position of VP simply because she's female and dark-complexioned hasn't turned out to be the giant boost they were, for some reason, anticipating, and now the glitter is off that "historic" event because you can only be first once. All that's left is to find out if Harris isn't too stupid to be deep-state trainable with a shock collar, and it's looking like she is.

I said long before the election that Willie’s old horse face nag would never, ever be president. She is NOT an American and is definitely not president or even VP material. She and AOC would be better off opening a Tequila and Taco joint for mule faced ‘Democrats”.
