The parents of Jazz Jennings, a man ushered into the national spotlight as a transgender reality tv star at the age of 5, “fat-shame” and chastise their self-proclaimed mentally ill son in season 7 of “I am Jazz.”
In a trailer for the upcoming season, Jennings reveals he has gained over 100 pounds while struggling with mental health issues while being mocked by his family, in the trailer of Season 7 of his TLC reality series “I am Jazz.”

Makes me glad that I watch very little of current television, except for select classic movies on TCM. Most of my viewing is conservative news programs in the evening and old BBC series such as Dr. Who & some of its mystery series from the late 20th century.
If you're paying for TV, then you're putting money in their coffers whether you watch them or not. :(
No one is transgender. Reality TV is scripted, and is not reality. Believing one is transgender is mental illness. Being on Reality TV is narcissism.

The parents should be charged with child abuse. What they have done to this child, apparently for their own monetary gain, is absolutely criminal.

That’s one bunch of sickos he has for a family, including the brother. The parents created the mess Jazz is today, including his mental problems and his resulting weight gain. Then they shame and humiliate him? Maybe they want to make sure their reality-show cash cow keeps giving. They shouldn’t worry because reality TV always has room for more sideshows. There are other “fat” shows, so maybe they could have “My Big Fat Fabulous Mentally-Ill Transgender Life”. If the brother hits it off with the “transgender woman”, that could be be a show. I’ll bet Mom would get off on that.
This is about the time God shows up and says, “Ok, everybody, out of the pool!”
