VIRGINIA—Terry McAuliffe said he's completely confused that telling parents the state owns their children, that parents have no say over what their kids learn in school, and that repulsively disgusting pornographic books are good for kids didn't prove to be electorally popular.
"It's so weird," a crestfallen McAuliffe told reporters. "We pulled out all the stops: we told parents that we own their children's minds, that they're wards of the state, and that their children should read horrific LGBTQ+ pornography in their school libraries, and it just didn't seem to connect with the people for some reason."
McAuliffe also performed a somber rendition of the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus classic song "We're Coming for Your Children" at his defeat party. "I know we've suffered a loss here, but rest assured," he said. "We are coming for your children sooner or later. This idea's time will come sooner or later. Hopefully sooner."
At publishing time, Democrats had vowed to learn no lessons from this defeat and lean harder into their demands to steal your children for you.

I hope that the Democrats stay with their demands to indoctrinate children. It may be a winning strategy for the Republicans.
People with common sense already know that obsessing on genitalia instead of reading, writing, and arithmetic will result in a decline in collective IQ and failure to produce useful citizens.
The Democrats are happy with that because they just want a dependent, subservient class of Democrat voters.

That was a historically bad campaign blunder by McAuliffe and supported by the Brandon administration. I didn't think it was possible for this country to correct or at least stall the lurch to the left, but pissing off parents appears to be a losing strategy.
Give McAuliffe credit, though. He was willing to say and stick to an agenda the DEMs fully support. The more that Americans realize this, the better it will be for the GOP in the midterms. Go Brandon!
Poor Terry McAuliffe! He expected Fairfax County to come through for him. but they were too slow. They tried but were too incompetent. By the way, one of my fifth/sixth great grandfathers bought a farm from the original Fairfax in what was then part of Virginia.

The echo chamber overlords of the DNC will demand several bodies go cold over this, Terry’s being just one of them. Six go six by Christmas. Democrats find no joy in life and expect to punish the useless and failures to their cause.
Looks like the lazy, stupid parent constituency wasn’t as large as he thought. Given Biden’s “victory” last year, it was an easy mistake to make.
The Democrats are getting more bold about announcing their progressive socialist agenda. Then they cheat to win.
The communists then claim that the people voted for those polices because they won the election!
I remain very concerned about lack of election integrity.
