Federal Judge Sides With Biden, Rules Christian College Must Allow Biological Men To Share Showers With Women

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that students of the opposite biological sex must be allowed to share shower spaces and dorms at a Christian college in Missouri.

Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri ruled against the College of the Ozarks, a Christian college which had sued President Joe Biden’s administration over its transgender discrimination policies, lawyers representing the school said Wednesday evening. The college had challenged Biden over his Jan. 20 executive order, which prevented schools from denying children access to bathrooms of their choosing.

“Women shouldn’t be forced to share private spaces, including showers and dorm rooms with males, and religious schools shouldn’t be punished simply because of their beliefs about biological sex,” Julie Marie Blake, senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), told reporters following the ruling Wednesday evening.

“The Biden administration’s overreach continues to victimize women, girls and people of faith by gutting their legal protections, and it must be stopped,” she continued.

Patriots are reminded that he only power that the states have expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds to deal with sex-related discrimination is limited to voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."

The judge’s decision is another example of a post-17th Amendment ratification, institutionally indoctrinated judge unconstitutionally expanding the already unconstitutionally big federal government’s powers, the very corrupt, Democratic-controlled Congress wrongly remaining silent on the judge’s overreach imo.

Also, consider that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the misguided feds the specific power to dictate policy for INTRAstate schooling purposes, the judge wrongly dictating policy from the bench in this example.

Patriots need to primary federal and state lawmakers who don’t promise to help remove activist judges from the bench.

It’s either a Christian College or it’s not.

A former student enrolled there. Each student is required to have a job to pay for tuition i.e. they have to work their way through college. I cannot imagine a ‘pretend woman’ enrolling there except for the purpose of destroying a Christian college.

I could well be wrong but I think resistance to the whole idea of men in women’s bathroom idea is not going to go away no matter what laws Congress passes, what E.O.s Biden enacts or what rulings Federal judges make. Half of the population is female—genuine female and I don’t think they’re on board with this idea at all.

Easy solution:

Female sees person with penis in females showers. Female that does not approve reports said male to other males on campus.

Males then decide to have private ‘interaction’ with said subject, while adhering to CDC mask guidelines for the ‘unvaccinated’; either convincing subject to not repeat such action, or making the subject unable to repeat such action.

Such male responses should also server as a deterrent against future perversions to be attempted by others.

In the shower, I will play with her assets so badly that she will want to reverse her decision.

Obviously she is a lefty activist ideologue judge, completely disconnected with the People.

First, a Christian college must refuse to comply with such an ignorant anti-Christian dictate.

Second, this horrible judge should be taken to the town square and bound in stocks, even dunked twice a day. Someday she will meet the Just Judge of the universe; in her present moral state her eternity looks awful dark!
