A federal judge ruled Wednesday that students of the opposite biological sex must be allowed to share shower spaces and dorms at a Christian college in Missouri.
Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri ruled against the College of the Ozarks, a Christian college which had sued President Joe Biden’s administration over its transgender discrimination policies, lawyers representing the school said Wednesday evening. The college had challenged Biden over his Jan. 20 executive order, which prevented schools from denying children access to bathrooms of their choosing.
“Women shouldn’t be forced to share private spaces, including showers and dorm rooms with males, and religious schools shouldn’t be punished simply because of their beliefs about biological sex,” Julie Marie Blake, senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), told reporters following the ruling Wednesday evening.
“The Biden administration’s overreach continues to victimize women, girls and people of faith by gutting their legal protections, and it must be stopped,” she continued.

We should mandate a homeless male to shower with the Judges wife every day. Turnabout is fair play.
All female judges should now be required to share all facilities with any males that chose to share the bathrooms and showers with them. Even in their own homes!!!!!
Biden, according to the Constitution and the traditional understanding of executive orders, has zero authority to issue that decree. It will be overturned by the first judge to preside over it who was not appointed by Obama.
This judge needs to be impeached and removed from office.

Hate never takes a day off, it comes at you from all sides and at all times. If a hater is taking a break its because they tagged off to another hater to keep up the pressure on your moral character. They devil absolutely hates humans and will do anything to destroy the human race.
I agree, every defendetr should be allowed to use her private restroom before they go to court and made aware that they are using the judges restroom.
We all know where this is headed…waiting for the right time with the right recourse can be daunting. Trust God…nothing is above him.
The schools should have a section for trans gender only like they have one for women, one for men. Make it a small stall in a broom closet somewhere or outside.
I'd say the system is beyond inviting God's judgement -- they've moved into begging for it.

Seems to quaint now, but we FINALLY have answers to the questions that the Left used to throw at us (but note, they don’t even debate us anymore, no need):
1) Why do you care what 2 adults do in their bedroom?
2) How is gay marriage going to affect you?
ANSWER: Because it leads directly to jocks being allowed to shower with OUR daughters in public schools.

I think it’s OK... if the alumni at that ‘school’ think it’s OK.
I mean, obviously the alumni and the students are the types who support that kind of thinking.
