On Thanksgiving eve Attorney Sidney Powell filed a 104 Page BOMBSHELL COMPLAINT on massive voter fraud in the Georgia election this year.

General Flynn Attorney Abigail Frye broke the news late last night–

The Kraken came down to Georgia on this Thanksgiving Eve in the form of a 104 pg BOMBSHELL complaint exposing the massive fraud that overwhelmed the 2020 Georgia Elections. Georgia, you are most certainly on our minds. Link to filing to come, stay tuned!

In the filing Sidney Powell and her attorneys allege that the Dominion software was accessed by agents representing China and Iran in order to manipulate the election.

This is HUGE!

The datum may have some value but I have very little experience dealing with cyber and digital forensics and can not categorically dismiss it to be valid or invalid as that will be determined by folks who do have the credentials to make heads or tails of it. Can’t give up hope as it’s not January 20th yet and there’s still time to prove that the election was stolen. I only chimed in when I saw my profession being misconstrued. Cheers!

Probably quite often. The problem is, they post BOOB, BREAKING, EXCLUSIVE, BREAKING EXCLUSIVE articles several times a day and report stuff in a frantic OMG kind of way and it tends to get old after a while. The boy who cried wolf, 4-5 times every day. People quit listening. Plus they have very little original subject matter and sometimes post other sites’ material verbatim.

they have value to me because they can sweep(steal ) information from elsewhere that you arent seeing reported..then I can look at it and see if it has some value

their conclusions are junk

You’re on my wavelength, Grampa....or I’m on yours. Evidence will be very embarrassing to Ds.

Biden will concede, withdraw, apologize, defer, whatever....

....or shoot himself.

Spot on, Rummy. They’re sometimes overly optimistic... they’re the canary in the coal mine.

]So that’s enough for you, huh. No real interest in this case, then.]

I’m interested in outcomes, not process. When people say they’re interested in the new model Corvette about to come out, they don’t generally mean they want to know how it’s designed or assembled. They just want to look at it when it rolls off the assembly line and maybe buy it, if it’s all the marketing department has made it out to be. In Powell’s case, she’s got a long history of issuing PR fluff with a thin record of success at trial to back up the most colorful claims. People like F. Lee Bailey or Johnny Cochrane did not have to say *anything* resembling hype - their win-loss records preceded them, and gave them instant credibility.

Working now as an IT/Software developer with an operational background, just about anything is possible when it comes to these systems. The 2nd company I worked for after 22 years in the Air Force had a computer scientist who conducted a review of the electronic voting systems that Maryland was using (circa 2004) and he showed the vulnerabilities that were inherit in the system the state was using. Without having the code being available as open source for review, there will always be doubt to the reliability/security of these systems and I have no doubt there are nefarious folks who will take advantage on order to promote their causes plus the fact that were talking hundreds of billions of dollars that are on the table as spoils to the victor.

What, in your estimation, would constitute genuine evince as opposed to unfounded assertions? Every piece of evidence is an assertion to some extent. At what point does it rise to the level of prosecution worthy? Please give an example. Thank you.

The internet is such a fascinating place. You can learn so much about people.

A few days ago, it was all about Rudy Giuliani who was embarrassing the president with his big mouth. Trump should take him out of the national scene....

And Lin Wood, a mental case, pity poor Kyle Rittenhouse at the mercy of suck a poor lawyer....

And now it is all about what a lousy lawyer Sydney Powell is...a fake. Another Elmer Gantry.

And much much more.

Accusations by people no one ever heard of until they became “famous” sources of wisdom on the ‘net.

Evidence that secures a win instead of a loss at trial. Powell has sustained numerous losses in non-political cases, including the Arthur Andersen case I cited. Her entire career seems to consist of making excuses for why she lost. In the political arena, she has met her metier - finally, a venue where losing makes her a martyr instead of just another below average attorney. Best of all, her losses can be milked for contributions from people convinced that the best is yet to come for a latter day Joan of Arc. Problem with the comparison? Joan of Arc *won*.

They have sworn affidavits for everything itemized in the document and Sidney Powell has an outstanding reputation.

Understandable. But you are involved, as a critic of her in this case. And public opinions can persuade outcomes. Exactly how, and how much, is not easily discernable. But it is not dismissible, either.

Powell and Giuliani don’t belong in the same passage. Giuliani was an Assistant AG under Reagan who was involved in high profile Mafia busts. But his biggest achievement was as mayor of NYC, where he took the murder rate down by 70% after he took office. I thought he was a credible candidate for president, when Freepers were deriding him as a cross-dressing closet case.

Re Powell, she’s a marginal character without any significant achievements to her name that I can detect. She is the diametric opposite of Giuliani, who was Assistant AG, mayor of NYC and a serious candidate for president who managed to raise tens of millions of dollars from GOP donors convinced he had a shot. Don’t just look at what Powell says. Look at what she’s won at trial. Having to rely on a pardon from Trump to get Flynn off the hook is the ultimate admission of incompetence.

Agree!
I am hoping that Iran\China claims are the “throw away” claims. At least the “published skills” of the MI analyst don’t say he has any deep knowledge in network & cyber analysis. It makes the claim though possible to probable weak.
