OMG...I’m so sorry for your pain :-(
I have had three great friends in my life, Marshall, Denny and Rick.
Denny passed a while back from prostate cancer because his VA care was woefully inadequate.
I think of him often...thank God I still have the other two.
I hope I go before they do as I don’t think I could handle losing them.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad to suicide and it left a trench on my heart. Prayers up for his family.

Often times, we never know the depth of suffering that goes on inside some of our closest friends. Heartbreaking. I pray that God comforts you and his family.
I’m sorry about your friend. How can someone that is so funny and make others laugh have such a hard time with their own life? What made him so depressed? Relationships?

You work through the loss and continue on. It’s not easy but with time memories do realign. My best to you and so sorry for your loss. Know somewhat how you must feel, my brother did the same about 15 years ago.
I lost my childhood’s best friend to suicide.
What got him to that point was a life of untreated alcoholism. It’s been twenty years and I still think of him almost daily.
