A couple weeks ago, Hillary and her walking Cane published a book entitled "Stronger Together"
And it looks like a bunch of FReepers descended on Amazon to flame the new book.
Sales of the book are not going well. Apparently the two week old book's price was recently lowered by 39%. But low sales hasn't stopped people from commenting. As this moment, there are an incredible 1,174 comments on the book! And 80% of those reviews are one-star ratings.
Some of the satire in these comments is a hoot:
Hey Freepers, what do you think? I say a rating of comments would be fun to see sometimes here on Free Republic.
My review: I am on a high-residue diet, and this book was recommended to me by my natural medicine practitioner as a source of roughage. He must be a Hillary supporter, because the book was redolent of musty carob powder, as if it had been stuck in a warehouse since the early 70s.
After ingesting it, the first thing I noticed was that my billfold was missing. Whats worse was that my bank account had been drained, and I lost my job due to it being off-shored to Bangladesh. I ended up getting severely constipated and had to go to the emergency room for lavage with Milton Friedman Youtube videos!
I would not recommend purchase.
Laugh break ping
I believe this is the review in question, in it’s entirety. I thought it so good I posted it myself the other day in a comment over on American Thinker.
I was going to read this book.....I really was. But just as I got started, I found myself under sniper fire, passed out, and fell and hit my head.
After that I got double vision and had to wear glasses that were so damn thick I couldn’t even see to read. As if that wasn’t enough, I then had an allergic reaction to something and started coughing so hard I spit out what looked like a couple of lizard’s eyeballs, my limbs locked up, and I passed out and fell down again, waking up only to find out I had been diagnosed with pneumonia 2 days earlier.
Somehow I managed to power through it all, but it’s a good thing I was able to make a small fortune on this random small trade in the commodities market (cattle futures or some such thing) and then, miracle of all miracles, a few banks offered me a few million to just talk to their employees for a few minutes - and all that really helped out because I swear I was dead broke and couldn’t figure out how I was gonna come up with the 6 bucks to pay for this book, let alone pay the $1,500 for my health insurance this month.
I still want to read it, but, honestly, what difference at this point does it make? I hear it sucks anyway.
ROTFLOL.......priceless.
That’s the one. I laughed so hard I cried.
Luckily Chelsea had some B-12 shots in her refrigerator.
I unseized nicely.....able to greet reporters and fans.
I had a smile on my lips and a spring to my previously inanimate limbs.
PERFECT!!!
Yeah, but if you play it backwards it says "Vince Foster's a dead man....
Don’t you have to buy the product to be allowed to review it?
Most of the five star reviews are worth the read. Some are just so desperate to prop up a horrible candidate that they are amusing, while the majority are at her expense. Mine was a five star review but was recognized as satirical and was helpful to ninety people.
Good job, Cowgirl. Your review was top of the list and got more than 2,000 likes!
I just knew a few FReepers did reviews. After all, FR is a good training ground for witty take downs!
Really? I had no idea. There were some devastating reviews in that bunch, no doubt!
I thought that, too, but you don’t have to. I guarantee there would be a lot fewer reviews if so, LOL.

OK I submitted a review but I have to wait until they review my review...
I wrote something serious like but the right items are in there...
Handle = Reader
Good thing if they are starting to censor the reviews...
mine should get through...
There’s a opportunity here. Someone should capture the reviews and turn it into a Kindle book for sale on Amazon.
OK here it is...
I used Obama’s words about America being afraid of “strong women” plus Hillary’s own words about those who didn’t vote for her because she was a woman etc were sexist...Plus why did this so strong woman need any help to write her fairytale ??? ...and this woman needed a MAN ??? oh for shame, Girlfriend...
I went for tongue-in-cheek...
Feel free to review my review...
“Reader”
Why was Hillary propped up by a man for this book ? Is the title suggesting she is so weak needs a man to draw her strength from ? From the subject matter and the content it appears that Tim Kaine did most of the writing for this book. Therefore, shouldn’t his name be first and bigger than Hillary’s ? Tim should have interviewed Hillary to find out more about her background before he put pen to paper. He left so much of her interesting life undocumented in this questionable tome.
1.0 out of 5 stars
Sadly had to one star it for lack of content
Imagine my dismay when key parts of her life were omitted, would have made for far better reading if she had included all of the below
starting with flunking the D.C. Bar Exam to:
Was removed from her House Judiciary Committee staffer job because of incompetence and lying.
The Whitewater scandal.
Married a serial liar and cheater, who occasionally had sexual encounters with nonconsenting partners.
Check out article.
Thanks, Liz.
Good, some may be tempted to buy the book just so they could do a review.
