Donald Trump states in Pittsburgh he will bring back Pittsburgh's coal industry, clean coal. And also he will bring back Pittsburgh's steel industry.
Yes but till the 17th amendment is repealed no changes will be permanent.
“An across the board tariff of 20% wouldn’t specifically target anything.”
One big advocate of tariffs says 33%. Forget his name.
Just another lying politician.
Trump to Pittsburgh:
How s Joe Paterno?
.......still dead.
BTW I am leaning to voting for Trump. But even I can admit there is some humor in that Paterno flub.
>> Are you a Cruz supporter? <<
Way to go! Way to change the subject! Thanks!
I really like such non-sequiturs. They definitely help to enlighten my otherwise dull day!
(Now please excuse me while I go out to mow the grass.)
Well I'm not going to go that far, I won't lower myself the level of the lyin Cruz gang, I will simply stick with saying that for all the denials, Trump is no different than any other politician, he says what he knows his audience wants to hear, and that is not necessarily the same as what is actually possible. Trump has said a lot that resonates with me, while at other times he comes across as a snake oil salesman, just like other politicians. Does that mean I won't vote for him if he is the nominee? No, I would still have him or Cruz over anyone else.
Natural gas will gradually take the place of coal, as long as the socialists are kept from killing natural gas production.
You guys can never answer that simple question.
Free Traitors = Cruzers. Cruz is a globalist so it does makes sense.
I go with 20% because it balances the budget tomorrow.
Even better. We will use our elder work force potential to bring back the steel industry.
A group wanted to set up a smaller mill in Escanaba Mi. Less than 60 miles from the mines, and directly on the docks for Lake Mi.
The eco fruit piece of shit Bart the Mother Effn Fart Stupaks buddies stopped it.
Now the paper mill there is in danger of closing since Verso has filed Chaptr 11. And that closes, the whole place will be a ghost town.

link to the Verso stuff please? The Escanaba paper mill does more then what you may expect, however Ive not heard of this.
And no, it won't be done with tariffs alone. It will be done with "smart trade" policies that incentivize and encourage "onshoring" of manufacturing and technology innovation while removing the dead hand of bureaucratic over-regulation that has driven the "offshoring" movement over the past several decades.
Word has it, IF they can get out from under the union, they may be able to hold onto it. But if they cant, they may dump not be able to.
The other is..the Quinessec mill is losing money...BAD. they have a huge problems there. Yet the pulp mill there makes the cleanest and whitest pulp on the market. So they might close down the paper machines.
And the Wisconsin Rapids mill has two and a half years to get back into the black or else.
You really havent heard about the chapter 11 filing?

Nope, nothing in the area and I live here and do a fair amount of work within the mill (my own company).
However you are right, that mill goes down and Escanaba blows away into the wind. EMP isn’t enough to save the area and the casino? well lets just say I have WAY to much knowledge of the inner workings of that tribe to believe the second golf course will provide a damn thing to the area.
How much are you willing to pay for a car?
I don’t like it because it’s a fairy tale.
There are people in that city that believe it is true. As mentioned above it is uneconomical. Those days are past.
very easily done...
can the epa regs and the exec orders and GET BACK TO BUISINESS AND JOBS...
Look
we are fools to go this carbon route because china and india are not doing the same...
