Donald Trump states in Pittsburgh he will bring back Pittsburgh's coal industry, clean coal. And also he will bring back Pittsburgh's steel industry.
There’s still a market for anthracite coal.
The steel industry will never be the same as it was many years ago for a lot of different reasons.
Goes for Cleveland too! We used to have industry in The Flats. Republic Steel, Sohio and related industries. Lots of jobs!

Trump was way off base on both those counts Wednesday, when he spoke before a crowd of supporters at a rally in Pittsburgh.
“I know a lot about Pennsylvania, and it’s great,” Trump said. Which is standard-issue stuff, but then things got awkward.
“How’s Joe Paterno?” Trump asked. “We’re gonna bring that back? Right? How about that whole deal?”
Paterno, for those who may have forgotten (including, possibly, a certain presidential candidate) died in 2012. (Wait, is bringing him back from the grave an essential part of making America great again?) ...

I think it is pretty self evident that the THAT he refers to is the Penn State Statue of Paterno, not the actual coach. It could explain why he said ‘how about THAT whole thing, How about THAT WHOLE DEAL?!’
