Pandering to local crowds is a staple of political campaigns everywhere, and Donald Trumps is no different. But the key to successful pandering is knowing to whom youre speaking and, of course, what youre saying.
Trump was way off base on both those counts Wednesday, when he spoke before a crowd of supporters at a rally in Pittsburgh.
I know a lot about Pennsylvania, and its great, Trump said. Which is standard-issue stuff, but then things got awkward.
“Hows Joe Paterno? Trump asked. Were gonna bring that back? Right? How about that whole deal?
Paterno, for those who may have forgotten (including, possibly, a certain presidential candidate) died in 2012. (Wait, is bringing him back from the grave an essential part of making America great again?) ...

I think it is pretty self evident that the THAT he refers to is the Penn State Statue of Paterno, not the actual coach. It could explain why he said ‘how about THAT whole thing, How about THAT WHOLE DEAL?!’
Maybe the only ones confused reside in Obama’s extra seven states?
Only Rino Nominators do not get that was in reference to a Statue issue? But then Cruz supporters .....
