Oh my goodness... The State Department just released an email showing Hillary Clinton instructing a subordinate to remove the classification heading from a document and insecurely send it to her private email account. This is the end, folks.
This is a felony. It is a felony to remove the classification header from any document and it is a felony to instruct someone to do it for you. It comes with a maximum jail sentence of ten years.
One of her staffers, Jacob Sullivan, was trying to send her a talking points memo through a secure fax, but the system was down. A secure fax is one of the ways that classified and sensitive information is shared.
In the emails, Hillary Clinton instructs him to "turn [it] into nonpaper [with] no identifying heading and send nonsecure."

Correction. If I did this I would be locked away and the key melted down. Nothing will happen to the Beast, because of who she is. The amount of classified information already known to have been mishandled should preclude her from running for anything except inmate council for her cell block at the rich folks' prison.
Or how good Sanders people are at drumming it up to get her out of the race.

Do I think this is "THE SMOKING GUN" - yes it could be.
This latest dump shows two things. Her ordering a staffer to remove header markings and transmit data over a unsecured line.
Now the 1st thing a Hillary lawyer will say...."Do we know that the data sent was classified?" and the simple answer is, why else would you strip header markings? Please give me one example of why you would legally do such a thing.
The 2nd was her comment about someone using a personal email account for "official" Government work.
This comes down to not the Justice Department and Obama, but the FBI that is investigating this. When they complete their investigation and recommend to the Attorney General that charges should be filed.....I don't care how crony they are, politically this is molten lava. It comes down to the FBI, if that agency is totally corrupt and fails to do their job they risk losing the trust of the American people. As of last count they have identified over a thousand documents that were classified that went thru her server. An email from Hillary telling her staffer to strip classification header markings.....Hard to explain and excuse.
I think candidate like Trump who has no fear of confrontation should go after this and force the media to cover it. At this point the Dems are starting to see it happen. You got Uncle Joe talking about regrets for not jumping in. Bernie (designated pastie for Hillary) even he wont use this against her.
So what happens if she gets indicted...?
Before the primaries (next 3-4 weeks).
During the Primaries? (Feburary to July)
After she is anointed at the DNC Convention and is in the General race leading up to election day.
If indicted before or during the Primaries, she can still get to Philly and the convention with the most votes. But will the Democrats send an Indicted person to the general election?
If indicted after the Convention, it will be prime cannon fodder for the GOP candidate. I think with evidence like the emails released this weekend the FBI will have to make a decision. If they come out and say "No evidence to present to the DA for prosecution" then the FBI will face a huge backlash from the public that will take years from them to recover from, if ever. If they recommend to the DA to charge and prosecute then Hillary is finished. She can string it out to January 2017, then declare herself guilty and Obama can pardon her.
Or would he?

I think Hillary is toast. If she loses in Iowa or New Hampshire Uncle Joe is getting in the race.
On the day that happens I will eat a very large piece of homemade apple pie. I’ll wash it down with a sip of brandy and smile for the entire day.
The next day I will call every democrat I can think of, laugh and hang up.
What a beautiful time it will be. If after 4 months and I haven’t stopped this behavior, I will call my doctor.

I think you’re correct, her polls are her lifeline at this point. If she shows up like she did in 2008 in Iowa which was 3rd place, (And I believe 2nd place will be good enough against that creepy totalitarian babbling curmudgeon “Bernie”) that’s going to be good enough for the party to realize they need to activate plan (B)iden.
Hard to say,if she wins it won’t matter,if she loses val/jar won’t jeopardize zero’s legacy.so it’s unlikely anything happens to her.
Ironically if she were indicted the Dbm would treat it as a badge of honor and she becomes a victim again..
