We can drop this debate over his birth certificate because we have something even more valuable. We have his mother’s passport files.

Passport regulations required a photo of parent and child together, as well as a certified copy of a hospital birth certificate. State-issued IDs came much later.
If Obama was born in the United States, as everybody says, then there should be a photo of little Barack Obama with his mother, as well as a certified copy of his Hawaiian birth certificate in her file.
Surprise. There are no photos of little Barack Obama in the file. And of course, there is no birth certificate from any hospital in Hawaii.

The only mention of little Barack Obama is when his mother tried to renew her passport at the US Consulate in Jakarta a few years later. We see evidence of that in the file.
She tried to trick the passport office. She went to the US Consulate in Jakarta and wrote “Barack Obama” in the section where you add your child. She thought, like we did, that they were going to add him to her passport, no questions asked.
They probably laughed and asked her how her son got to Jakarta without a US Passport.
When she failed to go get this Hawaiian birth certificate and retake her photo, the Passport Office crossed out his name.

But what if the crime of creating false documents goes back to 1961 since there is contemporaneous verification from 1961 of Obama’s birth via newspaper birth announcements, Barack Obama Senior’s visa extension interview on August 31, 1961 with the Immigration and Naturalization Service. In 1964 via the Obama-Dunham divorce decree which lists the birth as August 4, 1961 in Honolulu. And in 1967 via Obama’s Santo Franciskus Assisi Indonesian school application.
The current Hawaii Department of Health officials might just be verifiying what has been in the files for 52 years but was fradulently created by, say, the attending physician at Kapi’olani Hospital, Dr. David A Sinclair, as a favor for the Dunhams?

No.
Dr. Sinclair’s name appears only on a pdf image that the Posse claims to have certified to have never existed as a paper document prior to being forged as a pdf image with Dr. Sinclair’s signature cut and pasted into the pdf.
HDOH has “verified” a forged document, IMO. I am a retired Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Therefore, IMO HDOH is complicit in a criminal conspiracy.
Remember at first it was stated that Dr. Rodney West was the alleged birth doctor and Snopes ran with it.

Time will tell; if the MCCP ever turns over their findings to a real prosecutor or to a congressional committee; although Maricopa County has no jurisdiction in Oahu County, Hawaii.

In addition to being insistent with an HI birth, all the 1961 cross-corroborated evidence (forget the Indonesian school application) is consistent with the grandparents having filed birth registration with HDOH of an out of hospital (and possibly out of state) birth to their HI resident daughter whose permanent address was their home.

Well, Pam Gellar’s article is not accurate. She has no original information in the article, she is just repeating what is stated in the Washington Times article, but conflating the two separate cases that were talked about in that article.
Listen, these facts aren’t in question. Harris’ arrest report is publicly available, and his case didn’t have anything to do with Brennan’s employees who breached the passport records. Those employees didn’t work for the State Department, and they didn’t need to have any contact in the Statement Department, because Brennan’s firm had direct access to the passport records.
The only reason they are being confused is because of the Washington Times article, and the Times printed a later clarification stating the cases were unrelated:
” Mr. Harris was fatally shot in Northeast Washington in April. Police at the time said they had no information linking his shooting to his involvement in the passport case.
The breach came to light in March around the same time The Times first reported that three State Department contract employees were being investigated for improperly accessing the passport data of presidential candidates Sens. Barack Obama, John McCain and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

All three of Dr. Onaka’s verifications say that the information on the White House pdf matches the information on the original document in the DOH files.
Wouldn’t that mean that Box 19a on the original contains Dr. Sinclair’s signature?

It was not Onaka, but a DHOH functionary used Onaka’s signature stamp (and initialed next to the stamp) to verify a forgery. Rather than substantiate Dr. Sinclair’s signature, Onaka’s stamp implicates the functionary who used Onaka’s stamp in a criminal conspiracy to foist a forged document on the courts, the state AGs, the electors and Congress, IMO.

The appearance is that someone else used the stamp and to cover their tracks and preclude a forensic trail, they signed Onaka’s initials!

At the time, they said he was “rushed to the hospital with suspected arsenic poisoning, then died.”
Apparently that was “within hours of” the Breitbart autopsy report getting released by the LA Coroner’s office the same day.

The stamp “Alvin T. Onaka” lines up perfectly along the left margin on all three verifications. Pure chance?
The Kansas verification was sent to SoS Kobash by Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine, the Arizona verification was discussed by Joshua Wisch, special assistant to Hawaii Attorney General David Louie in an e-mail to the Associated Press.
Are you saying that Dr. Onaka is not aware of the verifications?
Did you notice how clear and readable that raised state seal is on that verification letter? Compare that seal to the seal that is on the document that Savannah Guthrie took a alleged picture of.
Why are their different initials beside Onaka’s stamp on the Kansas verification and the Arizona verification?

You do realize they have more than one seal? And that the seal used on a BC is meant to be faint and hard to copy? That’s one of the security features.
