Dr. Sinclair’s name appears only on a pdf image that the Posse claims to have certified to have never existed as a paper document prior to being forged as a pdf image with Dr. Sinclair’s signature cut and pasted into the pdf.
HDOH has “verified” a forged document, IMO. I am a retired Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Therefore, IMO HDOH is complicit in a criminal conspiracy.
Remember at first it was stated that Dr. Rodney West was the alleged birth doctor and Snopes ran with it.
How do you account for those references to an August 4, 1961 Hawaii birth that come from the 1960’s: newspapers, divorce decree, INS files, school application?
Time will tell; if the MCCP ever turns over their findings to a real prosecutor or to a congressional committee; although Maricopa County has no jurisdiction in Oahu County, Hawaii.

All three of Dr. Onaka’s verifications say that the information on the White House pdf matches the information on the original document in the DOH files.
Wouldn’t that mean that Box 19a on the original contains Dr. Sinclair’s signature?
