J.C. Penney's legacy betrayed by corporate promoters of homosexuality who violate the Golden Rule

LifeSiteNews is reporting that J.C. Penney's is promoting sodomy. See here. The company is running Fathers Day ads featuring two "gay" dads. James Cash Penney's legacy is under assault. He most assuredly would not approve of his chain of department stores being used to advance the sodomite agenda.

J.C. Penney's father was a Baptist preacher and farmer who raised his family with strict discipline in the Christian faith. Victor Parachin, writing for Mature Living magazine, notes how, "The influence of Penney's godly parents became evident with the growth of his business. He described his chain as 'The Golden Rule Store,' based on the words of Jesus in Matthew 7: 12: 'Therefore, all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them.' See here.

Penney is a Dead White Male, and therefore not relevant in a nation where satisfying your own animal lusts is the highest virtue. Many Americans have become high-tech cavemen.

I have embargoed JC Penney ever since 1986 when their tookey insurance company denied renewal of the my policy because I bought a new car they didn’t like. Screw them - I hope they fail.

It seems today that companies have perfected the method of running their companies into the ground. So much for shopping at Penny’s. I hope they fold.

Conservatives need to boycott pro-gay, gay is normal business. That includes DC Comics, Penny's and any other business that SPECIFICALLY and PUBLICLY promotes a pro-gay agenda. Leave it alone, market your products and leave social issues out of advertising. Go natural if you must, but do not promote politically agendas. Gays make up less than 10% (some figures as low as 1%) of the entire USA population, somewhere between 3 and 30 million people. Why is any company specifically marketing to gays when it will offend real Christians a much larger portion of the population?

This company is doomed. Out front of the JC Penny close to me they have the first parking spaces after handicap marked with a sign as "carpool only". Then the next space is "electric car" only. They have gone so politically correct it's doubtful they will survive as an ongoing business.

I drive a V8 powered gas guzzling four wheel drive truck. They just need to go ahead and put up a sign that says "we don't serve your kind here", "we don't want your business, take your money and go away".

Fine with me. I don't want to support these leftist nutbags anyway.

The mistake JCP has made is that their customers are not compelled by law to shop there.

>>That includes DC Comics,

Errgh! Don’t get me started on that one! When I was a kid in the 70’s, I always looked forward to the summer JLA/JSA team-up because the JSA was made up of people who seemed so much more mature and stable than their JLA counterparts (remember, it was the 70s and the Earth 1 Green Lantern hung around with uber-lib Green Arrow all the time). I always liked Alan Scott more than Hal Jordan.

But, now they’ve destroyed that by making Alan Scott a homo. FUDC!

Penneys, like other companies, courts a noisy minority because they are afraid of the backlash from that minority. They believe that most of the rest of us, while we might complain on blogs, internet websites like FreeRepublic, and letters to the editor, will most likely also continue to shop at their establishments. They may be right. We don't make enough noise, or we make noise, but we don't follow it up with action. We are all too busy scratching out a living to spend time on a highly organized and effective protest. We should be able to bring Penneys to its knees. But the company knows we won't.

I always used to shop at Pennies and I had their Credit Card.

One time put about $200 worth of stuff on the JCPenny card, later that month I moved and in the chaos of moving I inadvertently forgot to pay the card. Ok, my bad.

The next month when the bill came and I discovered my mistake I paid the bill in full. I wasn’t even that upset about the $35 late fee they stuck me with.

But even though I shopped there for over a decade and immediately paid my bill in full they still reported my missed payment to all the credit agencies and it hurt my credit rating, which hurt when I had to get a car loan.

I could see if I maxed out the card and/or they had to send multiple notices of lack of payment. But to do that to one of their good customers for just missing one small payment.

When I called them to complain they claimed that it was the company they use for the credit card that did that not them and they couldn’t do anything about it.

My JCPenny card went into the shredder right after that and I never went back.

It’s really too bad ... I liked JCP’s towels, bedding and such, but they’ve made their decision as to who they want as a customer and it sure isn’t me (or us). I cancelled my catalog and all advertising with them and immediately delete all their e-mails.

Picked up a JCP tent at a yard sale last weekend (for free).
My last Penny’s purchase.

I wish the right-wing talkers would talk about this. Especially the indoctrination of our youth. This is the biggest crisis America faces. FOX or GBTV should show what really goes on at so-called “gay pride” parades.

What they don’t understand is that this makes you feel like you are making a donation to a particular “side” when you shop with them. When shopping becomes a political act it takes away the “fun” part.

Have been a JCPenney shopper for years. Hubby and I started a real estate business with rentals and used to purchase towels, sheets, home stuff for all our overnight rentals from them. Once I saw Ellen Degenerate as the spokeperson for the company and the Mothers Day flyer promoting “two mommies”, I cut up my cc and will never, ever set foot in that store.

I spoke to one of their sales people and she told me since the new ceo, some guy that used to work for apple, took over, that is the agenda their promoting. So I told her it was nice to talk to her, but to have a nice life because I would never visit again.

Well if you are going to be consistent about boycotting DC Comics for having gay characters; you should be boycotting the entire Comics industry since every one of the companies have gay characters. This includes the Japanese companies.

By extension, you should also be boycotting their parent companies such as Warner Brothers, Disney, etc; and other companies that license these characters such as Universal, Six Flags, etc.

They pulled this same stunt in their Mother’s Day promotion with a lesbian couple.
I cancelled everything I had with them after seeing it and will no longer be shopping there .

Me too. As with questions about missing and/or forged documents for Obama, their lips are sealed. at least to us not in their inner circles.

The product lines, stores and businesses being boycotted for their unnecessary stance on behalf of a very small segment of the population iis evergrowing. Promoting homosexuality (a definite non-Christian stance) to a hetrosexual population is a devisive act in a world where raising our children and grandchildren has become difficult with factors never encountered as we were growing up. In an ideal world, they should be motivated to sell their goods and merchandise to EVERYONE. If they want bankruptcy, they can have it.

US adults overestimate homosexual population by as much as tenfold

While a recent Gallup poll showed that U.S. adults, on average, think homosexuals make up about 25 percent of the entire population, official data  reveal that gays and lesbians comprise between 2 percent and 4 percent of the population.

I stopped shopping there when the lesbian couple appeared in the Gay C. Pennys magazine. Their quality has deteriorated anyway since they brought on the new genius CEO a few months ago.

Btw, you NEVER hear conservatives speak out against bringing children into these GLBT relationships. It’s child abuse, pure and simple.

This is what the LORD says: “A voice is heard in Ramah, mourning and great weeping, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because her children are no more.” Jer. 31:15
