...This morning, Wisconsin Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald said in a radio interview that President Obama's political team is directly involved in burgeoning efforts to recall Republican elected officials (emphasis on the word "elected," as in chosen by the people of Wisconsin in a democratic vote four months ago):
"There's many people that are beginning to believe this is a delay tactic by the Democrats in the Senate so that these recall elections can be organized by the Obama team out of Chicago, which they are, as we start to do the research on the people that have filed the petition," Fitzgerald told Newsradio 620 WTMJ's "Wisconsin's Morning News."
When asked whether Fitzgerald knew that for a fact, he responded, "The organizer against (River Hills Republican Senator) Alberta Darling definitely has direct links to the Obama camp. There's no doubt about it. These guys might be out until June. Unfortunately, what they're trying to do is flip the majority, and I think that's becoming very evident."
This is yet another coup for the state of Illinois. The Senate Democrat caucus has been vacationing in the state for 18 days, providing some much-needed stimulus to the Quinn Economy. Now it has surfaced that they will pay Obama's Chicago team to organize a recall effort...

Just more impeachable offenses that the gutless wonders in Congress will do nothing about.
The best comment that I heard from that time was by Johnny Carson:
"If this had happened to Harry Truman, he'da listened to those tapes ... on a bandsaw!" ..................................... FRegards
Walker and the Fitzgeralds are begging the Dems to come back from IL while the national unions are working feverishly to get Repub senators recalled. Instead of going ahead with other business, the Repubs are just sitting around waiting for the fleebaggers to call. The voters have turned against Walker and you think hes doing ok?
Sadly, I agree with you. However/whenever this ends, Walker will be demonized, the Fleebag 14 will be hailed as ‘champions of the people’ and not ONE SINGLE thing will happen to them except the paltry fine, a stern talking to that amounts to ‘please, pretty please don’t ever do that again because it made us look really stupid.’
Did anyone expect otherwise?. Organizing for America sent to madison. The DNC financing the Fleebaggers with an excess of 500K in donations. Come now the Chicago Political machine and the Marxist in Chief be above board. Gee pigs will fly before Obama does anything in a legitimate way!
So what is to be expected from our communists black Muslim King? And at least half of America supports this communists dictator.
Obama and the DNC are helping the Dims here with their recalls of Republican state senators and possibly Gov Walker.
PING!
dang, NOBODY tells this guy NO!!
The Obama regime is actively trying to undermine the entire concept of federalism, and is the first in my knowledge to actively attack state governments (i.e. the AZ law suit).
Rep Bachman his the nail on the head when she called the Obama regime a “gangster government.” They are a bunch of Stalinist thugs.
Mark
Where are the Repubs??? They should be screaming.
Which is why our side needs to fight with ferocity. Which they don’t do.
God help us.
Only 8 of the 14 dems can be recalled in 2011.
The Dem Senator that should be the biggest target is
Jim Holperin of the 12th Senate District (D-Rhinelander).
He was elected from the district that had the lowest Obama total of the 14 Sen-Dems 53% Obama- 46% Mccain.
Bush won his district 53%-46% over Kerry in 2004 so its a swing state senate district.
Holperin was elected in 2008 (thus can be recalled per Wisconsin law). Hes in his first term. Holperin only won by a 3% margin.
http://recalljim.com/ is the link. Looks legit. I sent them $50. Please consider doing the same.
I wonder if we canget the Admin Moderator to help get more notice for an effort to donate funds to such groups? they only have 90 days to gather the signatures so paid workers help. The D’s are paying their recall workers.
We need to get as many Ds recalled as possible in case the Ds sucessfully get one or two of the Rs recalled. We have 19-14 now so can only afford 2 lost votes. If on the other hand we get a twentieth vote by recalling a D and winning the election we’re golden!
and what about Voter ID, ending RKBA (2nd Amendment)
infringements, etc.? no action on any of these AFAICS.
“and what about Voter ID, ending RKBA (2nd Amendment)

Wisconsin has a full-time legislator they have time to address theses other issues.

However, when I was in school in '75 and wrote the aforementioned paper, I distinctly recall reading in the Times the article quoting Rodino.
Is it possible I misread what I read? Maybe...that was 35 years ago.
I don't really feel like wasting time going through the archives at the Old Grey Whore, so we'll have to let that go. But for the record, apart from this article I read, I don't recall a vote in the House, either.
So for me, the mystery deepens.
But I did ace my paper! My prof said it was the best one in the class, so that made me a bit proud. (Didn't take much at that age, did it?)
I'll concede your point - you're right on this.
Thanks for the communication.
CA....
Thank you, but please know I was ready and willing to concede the point if you, or someone else, could find confirmation.
