Kuhner says the Media's abdicating their responsibility to pursue the truth and hold our politicians accountable. Kuhner goes on to say that All know there is something there, saying "where there's smoke, there's fire," and says the Controversy is gaining traction and momentum. A year ago even I might have agreed with this perception, but I am not so sure it would spark such a "civil war" today. There might be pockets of disgruntlement, but I don't think we'd see the frenzied level of violence that even a year ago we could 'taste' when we criticized 0bama. I think the pendulum is swinging the other way right now. The peak is gone and is on the backswing. I believe many more would be secretly relieved if "things" were discovered to remove him from office.
If the truth came out, Obama and Michelle should be tied in plastic handcuffs, placed aboard AF 1, and shipped off somewhere with no assets and a frozen bank account.
There would probably be some rioting in the inner cities and union halls, but it would quickly die down.
Sotomayor and the Bull Dyke should be tossed from the Supreme Court, because they are illegitimate.
All "laws" this clown signed are immediately null and void.

I hold nancy Pelosi to be the most responsible for this mess because it is her obligation to see that the person elected in eligible before she signed off on him.

If found ineligible it will shake our Democracy because both parties are guilty as is the Supreme Court. They are all in this together in a conspiracy to hide the truth.

Arizona has already done so.
Since the presidency is an office that represents the country as a whole, then all states MUST be able to vote for him.
If he fails to certify his eligibility in Arizona then he won’t make thier ballot.
I wouldn't be surprised if people are sitting on the facts until an opportune time. If Obama has to step down now, Biden would be President. Not much would change. But, if the facts come out 6 months before the 2012 election, the Democratic party would be in disarray. It could be irreparable damage to the MSM and Democratic party for trying to cover up the truth.
IIRC, she was the one who 'certified' his eligibility. Now, the real question is, "Did she do this as a requirement of her office (Speaker), or as a titular head of the Democrat Party?"
IF this is a US House Speaker obligation and requirement, then Obama is in deep shit come 2012 if our Speaker so chooses, and his minions are rightfully scared shitless.

No If he can’t get on one state ballot he is toast.
My understanding is Arizona almost did so but didn't thanks in large part to a few Republicans in the Arizona State Senate that voted no.
