I hold nancy Pelosi to be the most responsible for this mess because it is her obligation to see that the person elected in eligible before she signed off on him.

I wouldn't be surprised if people are sitting on the facts until an opportune time. If Obama has to step down now, Biden would be President. Not much would change. But, if the facts come out 6 months before the 2012 election, the Democratic party would be in disarray.
