I wouldn't be surprised if people are sitting on the facts until an opportune time. If Obama has to step down now, Biden would be President. Not much would change. But, if the facts come out 6 months before the 2012 election, the Democratic party would be in disarray. It could be irreparable damage to the MSM and Democratic party for trying to cover up the truth.

If obama’s campaign is VOIDED the legal way to remove him) biden WOULD NOT be the President. Voiding means that obama never ran for office,if he never ran for office neither did his running mate biden. The President and the vice-President campaigns are not separate now ,as they used to be. The legal President of the United States according to the Constitution and U.S. Laws is President John McCain.
Were Biden to become President, Obama’s socialist entourage would no longer hold power. I can’t see Valerie Jarrett running a Biden White House.

The opportune time would have been about 3 years ago. There's no sitting needed. He's already written a book, done interviews, been video taped, and bragged in countless speeches that his daddy was a Kenyan. That fact is enough to make him ineligible. If that weren't enough, HE HIMSELF was one of the 6 members who were on the SR 511 committee who agreed it took TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS to become a NBC. He's already stuck his foot in it. Why he's still in power is beyond all comprehension.
