Sarah Palin never apologizes for what some attribute to her as weaknesses. Krauthammer recently criticized her as not looking very presidential because of her shows and books. But she makes it clear that she brings a different game than what some are accustomed to, and win or lose thats what shes going to stick with. Shes going rogue!
Its a great interview all the way through. Enjoy!

Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Krauthammer believes that personal gun ownership is a sign of uncivilized society.
Krauthammer is an urb, a city boy. He is biased against and feels superior to anyone he considers a hick.

I don’t watch BOR. Wish I had made an exception tonight, but I didn’t know she was going to be on.

Well, we've played the game Chuckie's way for years and what has it gotten us? Periods of incremental government growth punctuated by periods of enormous government growth.
Sorry, Krauty, but what we need is a rebellion not more of the same half-measure garbage.

I'm guessing her third book will be out by the end of next year, or perhaps the first part of 2012, the one detailing what needs to be done to regain the American dream as we know it. Add the voice coach: A guaranteed # 45.
Has she indicated that there's a third book coming (of that description)? If so, that will lock it up for sure.
We've been saying for some time now, that Sarah is navigating her way to the White House like a Master of Seven Seas, and it's all true. She's literally writing the new ABCs of presidential politics, as we watch in amazement.
I'm going to go out on a limb and posit that she's already decided to get vocal coaching. The lady is proving to be too darn smart to leave anything to chance, and seems to be incapable of making a real strategic error.
Which is why listening to Krauthammer snobbishly sniff at Sarah's supposed lack of presidential gravitas only makes me look at him and go, "What the hell are you up to, Charles?"
Quick, hide me!!!
LOL .. Yer killin me here ..

Me bad. I posted to you before going through all the other posts and seeing they beat me to the punch. I'm just another lazy FR poster. Oops, let me correct that. I'm the only lazy FR Poster. LOL
It is obvious that Sarah has gotten past the "trusting" new V.P. Candidate that she was with the Press. When she reacts to the Liberal Interviewers as Liz Cheney does, I.E. “I do not agree with your premise”, she will have them by the balls.

Ive noticed that as I concentrate on what she is saying her voice becomes less irritating. The opening lines are somewhat jarring but after the first minute or so it doesnt bother me at all. Wanna hear something funny? Her voice never bothered me in the least, until folks started bringing it up all the time. Only then did I notice that she tended to be a bit screechy.
I guess for me, the content of what she was saying drowned out any shortcomings of her vocal delivery. I simply never noticed it.

Notice how Sarah does not say “also” at the end of each sentence like she used to?
When I first heard her I could have sworn she was from Wisconsin.

No she hasn't, but if she decides to run, I'll bet that (or something like it) will be what she does
(the coach too.....yes, I'm encoding my prior note for fear of the evil snark).
She has proved she has great instincts, if she runs she knows she has to continue to improve and expand her base.

Skepticism of politicians is a bedrock, in fact may be THE MOST bedrock of, conservative values. Maintaining a healthy skepticism doesn't hurt in most things - especially when it comes to politics. But, if your skepticism is so strong that it won't allow you to acknowledge, accept, and enthusiastically support someone who has consistently proven that they live and breathe everything that you believe in - then you're just suppressing yourself.
Reward the good with your support. Penalize the bad with your condemnation.
When our folks are saying and doing what we want of them, then it's only right that we should reward them with our praise and support.
When they screw up, or fall off the reservation, we need to punish them for those errors.
To this point, Sarah Palin has done nothing to warrant anything less than the full support and praise of the conservative right.

Krauthammer, “Palins growth in mastering policy issues will shape her fate.”
I think if you want to expand your base, you have to get into policy even though it sounds dull.
Many people don’t watch TDC or do facebook.
I wonder when she will hit the Sunday shows? Why can’t she be out there like now talking policy issues?
