There are far too many unanswered questions about 0bama’s background to reasonably conclude that he is qualified to hold the office he occupies.
This information about the nomination notice to the State is not new and it is but one question among many.
Sadly, though, it appears the progressives have secured the courts; and we’ve known for years they control the lame stream media, so that things are being quashed before they ever come to hearing.

He should be impeached for his fraud on the American public, and removed from office.

I can’t think what it was but shortly after he got into office, Hussein gave Hawaii a boatload of $$$ for some perk or freebie. Bottom line, it was the pay off.

Thanks for the link to last night’s fiasco and proper slap down on the trolls. I remember Danae saying she was sending off for hers but didn’t know she’d gotten it back. And a loooong form at that, ha! And all nicely verified by El Sordo. See, I knew the originals were still there and hadn’t been destroyed. Digital only, my aunt fanny. There is no doubt that the first certificate doesn’t contain the necessary information. But if you compare it to the other two, it’s because an entire line is missing, not just a few words. And because of that, the remaining sentence is ungrammatical: “...are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the National Democratic Party balloting at the Presidential Preference Poll and Caucus...” If I weren’t a conspiracy theorist, I’d conclude it was probably just a simple cut-and-paste error—the same sort of computer error that left the island of birth information off that other Freeper’s form. I mean, I’d expect a conspiracy powerful enough to swap out microfiche in libraries across the country to at least be able to edit a sentence properly.

I can recommend some gorgeous, fun places in Florida to vacation and it's not so arrogantly pricey.

Florida will go Republican in two weeks, so show your appreciation by spending your vacation bucks there....not in the liberal Ah-no-ah State.

If I weren’t a conspiracy theorist, I’d conclude it was probably just a simple cut-and-paste error—

If it was an "error," nothing would have stopped the Hawaiian DNC party to resubmit the certification statement to include the US Constitutional and chosen by the state language to fulfill the Hawaiian law. The maximum time to fix it could have taken about 2 minutes and that's a stretch.

The current Governor of Hawai’i, Linda Lingle is a Republican as are the appointed officials of her administration who have control of Obama’s birth certificate. The Attorney General of Hawai’i who could launch a probe of this issue is also a Republican, Mark L. Bennett is his name.
