The Hawaii Department of Health claims in official communications that the original birth index and index of foreign births (which are both required to be retained permanently) don't exist.
When vital records were converted to their current electronic format and the computer itself allowed sorting and locating, the HDOH submitted the old, original paper indices (VR-1)to the comptroller for a determination of what should happen to them. The comptroller agreed that those indices should be retained permanently, as originals and/or as security and search microfilms.
The HDOH at the same time made a separate request for the certificates themselves (VR-2)to be analyzed and it was decided that they, too, should be kept as originals and microfilm security and search copies authorized.
So there were 2 different requests for 2 different kinds of documents which were in physical form, able to be microfilmed.
The Hawaii State Archivist says that microfilm copies were not requested for the indices and the Vital Statistics Office should have the originals as required in the retention schedule.
I asked the HDOH for their documentation regarding the destruction of these documents. (Every department is required to keep detailed records of what documents they have destroyed, showing that they followed the retention schedule.) The deadline for them to respond is past and they have not provided those records.
The illegal destruction of permanent records SHOULD prompt an investigation in Hawaii. We will see what the Ombudsman does with this. (Don't hold your breath)

Exactly. We know from what the HDOH has said that the Factcheck and Fight the Smears photos are not of a genuine COLB. The only way to know anything about what’s actually in the records at the HDOH is by seeing the genuine COLB or long-form.
Having this much evidence that the photos are of a forgery, it should prompt an investigation of the forgery itself, as well as the shenanigans at the HDOH to hide that it was a forgery.
And the HDOH having confirmed that Obama’s genuine COLB shows an amendment that disqualified it from being prima facie evidence should also mean that Pelosi’s certification of his eligibility is outright perjury and there is reason to believe that Obama perjured himself when he signed a statement (for the State of Arizona!!) saying he was eligible to be president.

At some point the “misunderstanding” claim has to be called for the BS it is. I made it very clear what I was asking for. The State Archivist had no problem comprehending what I was asking for.
No matter how you slice it these people are either incompetent and should be fired, or else lying and should be jailed.
The fact that both the OIP and the Ombudsman know the HDOH is and has been breaking the law and both refuse to do anything about it means that THEY are either incompetent and should be fired, or else complicit in illegal behavior and should be jailed.
It goes all the way up the chain of command that way because they were all notified.
I did notice when I stumbled upon something in Outlook Express that my e-mails to some of the Hawaii House and Senate members were kicked back as spam - I suppose I had too many addressees I sent to at once. I don’t even know how to get back to that information to find out who did or didn’t receive my e-mail.

With out the actual document that is in the photo put to a strict and exceptional analysis, we will never know. You cannot determine the legitimacy of a document from a photo of it.
Regardless, his place of birth is irrelevant. No matter where he was born, from the instant he was conceived, he could never have been a Natural Born Citizen. He was born with two citizenships, and this is the only relevant issue in my book.
