The "Vexatious Requestor Bill" is moving forward. The Office of Taxation wants to fine people who are labeled "vexatious requestors" and Fukino has said there are 4-6 people who are all set to be labeled this. I am certain I am one of them. Fukino is asking for "facilitated passage" of this bill.
The comment will have the link to the testimony by Fukino and the taxation dept.
It will also have a link to the latest addition to my blog - a post describing how the DOH falsified the e-mail communications record in order to frame me as a "vexatious requestor".
They are out for blood.

The state of Hawaii has thousands in their records who received Hawaiian citizenship and thus U.S. citizenship withyout actually being born in Hawaii or the U.S., or having Hawaiian parents. When you press the issues regarding the affirmative action liar-in-chief, you expose the corruption deep within Hawaiian History and current law breaking by not following their own information request and official documents laws. Don’t expect Lingle to be on board with opening up the illicit History recent or past in Hawaii. SHe may have an “R” beside her name, but she’s as liberal or more so than McCain. Hawaii is a very liberal state. She didn’t get elected because she’s a conservative or honest.

Why is it frivolous to protect against internal overthrow of the United States?
It's not, if that's what you're really doing.
Unfortunately, that's not what birthers are doing.
Instead, they you fighting an imaginary overthrow that has no basis in fact.
And that, my friend, is frivolous.

No patriotic American protests when extra feet of concrete or other barriers are added.
The Constitutional protections are equally and probably more important. Internet posters, who spend day after day criticizing those who would support these protections, are blatantly unpatriotic.
The ‘lazy’ description is pretty good. The ‘cranks’ is pointless and baseless namecalling. If you need help understanding the issues better, ask a few intelligent questions.
