This was a subpoena for “records to be produced” are described as follows:
“Per Executive Order from January 16, 2009, any and all documents relating to “fitness and determination” in regards to level of character and conduct necessary to perform work for or on behlf of a Federal Agency....continued with “Attachment 3”

As per Executive Order: Granting Reciprocity on Excepted Service and Federal Contractor Employee Fitness and Reinvestigation Individuals in Positions of Public Trust, see attached, please provide copies of any and all records in regards to level of character and conduct necessary pertaining to Barack H. Obama, a/k/a Barry H. Obama, II a/k/a Barry Obama, a/k/a Barry Soetoro. These documents have direct relation to holding a Position of Public Trust.

01.19.09. Based on the executive order issued by President George w. Bush on the 01.16.09., a legal action is being filed in the Federal Court in the Central District of California. The executive order provides for Reciprocity and Reinvestigation of Individuals in positions of public trust. Section 2 (e), provides for investigation of required level of character and conduct. On behalf of Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes, Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson attorney Orly Taitz has filed a legal action for a writ of Mandamus, declaratory Relief and Injunctive Relief on the issue of legitimacy for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Obama aka Barry Soetoro and directing Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, Director of FBI Robert Mueller, and director of Personnel Michael Hager to provide all necessary documentation in regards to Mr. Obama’s (Soetoro’s) legitimacy for presidency and US citizenship.
In very simple terms.... Bush allowed Dr. Orly to get the documents... and she got some. I don’t know which ones she got.
I just wish this would get someplace so this evil man can be escorted out of the WH along with his wife and mother in law and others who were aware of this in bracelets before they can do any more damage to this country than he has already begun in his first week in the Oval Office. This country is in real trouble and too many moonbats are too damn stupid to realize what they have done!
We’ll never see Zero or any other former president in handcuffs. It just isn’t done that way in the USA. The most we can hope for is to see him forced to step down.
Unfortunately, not accurate, in either respect.
Bush signed an executive order which allows the Executive Branch to get access to documents to vet its own employees. The Executive Order says that it is only for the internal use of the Executive Branch and cannot be enforced by any court or by anyone outside the Executive Branch. Specifically, section 7(d) of the Order says: "This order is intended only to improve the internal management of the executive branch and is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers, employees or agents, or any other person."
Orly, ignoring that paragraph of the Order, filed a lawsuit in California federal court trying to get access to Obama's birth certificate. She then sent a subpoena to Patrick Fitzgerald "demanding" that he give her all sorts of documents. She hasn't received anything yet, and I suspect that Fitzgerald will ignore her "order," since Orly has no power to subpoena him to do anything.

When it comes Babylonian law talk, I admit to being quite at a loss.
In college, I took two law courses as electives.
In the final exam for the first law course, I answered all the questions logically.
I got a big fat ugly “C” and a “C” in the course.
In the final exam for the second law course, I purposefully answered all the questions illogically.
I got a big beautiful “A” and an “A” in the course.
I kid you not!
At that moment, I decided that the study of law and the practice of law was one big lie.
No thanks.
Just out of curiosity, why is this lawyer filing this suit in California?
Again, I haven’t a clue.
I didn’t take a third law course or something.
