When Charles Henrickson suggested earlier today that I do a DUmmie FUnnies Year In Review featuring the Best of the DUmmie FUnnies for the past year, my first reaction was one of a weary groan. The reason is that I am filling in on some business for a friend so he can take a vacation this week. Little did I know when I made the committment that I would end up sleep deprived and EXHAUSTED. Thus my hestitation to take up the DUmmie FUnnies Year In Review project.
However, my SECOND thought is that this is a great way to get YOU all to do the work. Yes, it is up to all of YOU to list (with links) your favorite DUFU editions with selected DUmmie quotes. This way all of you can participate. Also I can get some rest until the regular DUFU editions start next Monday.
Just checking out the January DUFU editions, I noticed the 01-08 thread which I forgot about titled, "I'm Starting to Just Not Care Anymore" which was an hilarious confession of DUmmie Despair.

I got up to 4500 posts before they finally caught on and banned my last July. I'm already back on, working my way up to the magic 1000 posts. If I can make it to 5000, I plan to come out again and gloat. I'll snap a screen shot, because you know that post will disappear down Skinner's black hole. But it will live on a thread on FR.

My daughter and her husband were married by woman who was a minister in the church of the moonbats, I think. Her partner referred to herself as the wife of the minister. They really were sort of cute. Hey, I was just thrilled she was getting married and to a nice guy.
Yes. The social life of Steve numbers and his pining for the cold sore hottie was hilarious. Empathy evoking, but hilarious.
