He said it was bogus earlier on this LOOOOOOONG thread. Can't remember the number. Perhaps in the 2000s?
Why don’t you lighten up? We all know the law is open for interpretation; and your opinion is not the only one.
He did say he thought it was bogus and would get back later with more information.
I guess you can take it as you will. I have it directly from him that his intent was to summarize the naysayer’s consensus, but wasn’t endorsing it. I am very clear on this point.
What an utterly ridiculous thing to say. I refused to watch tv that day.
Short answer: no.
There are TWO sources, one says 16, one says 14. EITHER WAY, Ann was 18 and didn’t qualify.
the certificate of live birth from Hawaii describes the father as African. In 196_ they referred to these people as negro not african. that alone makes it a fraud.
Meaning the media knew before hand but didn't disclose that he was not a natural born citizen?
Look, *when* two parents are citizens, and a child is born outside the U.S., there is:
NO QUESTION that the child is a natural born citizen.
That is U.S. law.
It’s not complicated, really.
If you’re born in the U.S., you are a natural born citizen.
There are just TWO kinds of citizens: born in the U.S. and naturalized.
Period.
Natural born is NOT a third kind.
I post articles that hammer away at Obamacare practically every day and so do several others. And they arouse strong interest.
It was 14, so she would have to have been 19. She was 18. Thus, if born in Kenya, he was not a U.S. citizen at birth. If born in Kenya and never naturalized in the U.S., he would indeed be an illegal alien.
Stanley was into the “going native” thing but giving birth in a bucket in a mud hut (figuratively) may have been just a bit too much. British-trained hospital and staff would have looked much better to a western chick.
It seems plausible that after this rebel hippy chick “married” BO Sr in a “secret” wedding in Maui in Feb ‘61- she would be anxious to go native and meet the ‘rents in Africa and get her new MIL’s blessing and all that. (flip side of “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner”?) It’s also plausible what she found out when she got to Africa was not what she expected in her perfect world of liberated tolerant black people. Another BO sr wife and family, and racial prejudice against her westerness and white skin.
Airline schedules- I think Seattle could figure, since Mercer Island was her real home, and the place she showed up with a 3 week old baby whose diapers she didnt know how to change (anecdote of a friend). Was she coming to Seattle from Honolulu- or from overseas?
If Stanley Dunham/Anna Obama’s and BO sr’s 1961 passport records would become available, the speculation could be dropped- eh?
The only puzzling thing- a free spirit communist “traveler” like Stanley likely would have have been proud of traveling to Africa and giving birth there- if she did. She should have boasted about it. No record she ever did.
You are right. There is even a resource that shows the terms Hawaii used that was published in 1969. Negro was one.
“Another BO sr wife and family, and racial prejudice against her westerness and white skin.”
Especially from her extremely intolerant to whites from hatred of the British stemming with the Mau Mau (?) father in law.
WRONG. I am going to tell you again...and ask that you stop posting misinformation. IF you are going to make that claim then be sure to tell people that it is only true if there was a VALID MARRIAGE.
This type of insider awareness, is exactly the thing that helped to break the Dan Rather military documents on Bush as fakes.
Those of us in the military “knew” the terms and signature blocks were not normal for military correspondence.
Good insights.
Good point.....all blacks were known as Negro in the 60's. No one ever heard of African which is not a race anyway!
You don’t tell what to or not to post. I was answering a specific question about AGE, if it was 16 or 14.
You need to get a grip or take some valium. Man you are wound up this morning.
