I expect that in 1973, only if the Dunhams were audited would they have to show a family blood/adoption relationship of the taxpayer to the claimed dependent. The IRS might demand that the tax filer show up with birth certificates and marriage licenses to support suspicious deductions. In no way would this be a suspicious deduction.
I suspect that Congress did not want Americans claiming sizable deductions for multiple unrelated children residing in other countries (which I am sure was tried by creative tax evaders).

That statement is not correct as to Ann (S.) Dunham Obama, the person he named at least two times in the FOIA docs as his his “wife,” (who can ONLY be the former Stanley Ann Dunham by all evidence), IN HIS OWN HAND:
1. Page 35 signed August 31, 1961 he names as his wife in his handwriting “Ann S. Dunham, Honolulu Hawaii” after crossing out a different wife name that appears to begin with a ‘K’ (almost certainly Kezia). In the notes to the interview on that date William F. Wood II records an acknowledgment of Barack Hussein Obama II as the name of the baby and that the baby and mother are living with her parents.
2. Page 14 signed April 21, 1964 BHO Sr. writes “Ann Obama c/o Univ. of Hawaii” in his own hand. There is only ONE such person on record at U of Hawaii. The notes in the hand of the INS official add “Legal Separation, USC 2 MOS. AGO, Barack Obama 2nd, 2 yrs. USC” doubtless obtained from BHO Sr. himself in an interview on that date. That timing of legal separation matches the divorce court proceedings in HI. Sr. was actually divorced as of April 21, but apparently lied to the INS interviewer.
Verbal representations of BHO Sr. recorded by INS officials in notes to the file and in entries made by officials needed to complete blocks on forms needed for administrative adjudication are just as conclusive for the legal record as entries on the forms in the hand of BHO Sr., IMO.
Around the same time as the Toutonghi interview there was another story or interview IIRC with some old school mate of SAD that claimed “She always used the name “Stanley” and NOT “Ann.”
PS: How does one get into the address book for 1961-1962 if you show up in Aug of 1961?
Many thanks for the info; I was thinking the IRS would want them to show the connection on account of their last name being dunham and his last name being either soetoro or Obama.
But copies of the tax returns would be good to have.

The Dunham’s tax returns are protected by FOIA “Exemption 6. Personal Privacy” as explained at the link below. Lolo’s was likely released under an exception described as “the exemption requires agencies to strike a balance between an individual’s privacy interest and the public’s interest in disclosure.”

Cole, his first American wife—based on divorce records); 1992 in Landover (based on record of his legal name change); 1993 in Greenbelt at two different addresses; 1995 in Greenbelt (in same block: Sheree A. Wood Obama, another American wife); 1996 in Silver Spring.
Other Obamas lived in Maryland:1989 Antoinette in Bethesda (relationship to Barry unknown, if any); 1996 and 1997 several Obamas in Silver Spring named Antoinette, Vincent, Henri [dob 1967], and Bertrand [dob 1965] (relationship to Barry unknown, but Roy/Malik lived in same city at one time); 1997 Sheree A. Wood Obama living in Greenbelt when she divorced Roy; 1999 Antoinette in Takoma Park; 2011 David Edjoa Obama in Olney (relationship to Barry unknown).
Because I read “Dreams From My Real Father”, watched the DVD, weighed it against all the evidence collected here on FR for ages, compared physical features, hand gestures, and speech patterns. Nothing about obama looks like the Kenyan. He looks like a combination of Stanley Ann and Frank Marshal. Obama Sr. was a “standin” and probably made a tidy sum. All he had to do was play the father until the baby was born. All the confusion in the data can be explained by Sr. being the fall guy.

The one Lolo is on is definitely a horse. From what I can see SADO is on a horse too. Barry’s animal looks like a sm mule. Agree a jackass wd have been more apt.

I once posted reams of evidence that SADO switched over to ‘Ann’ after having Little Barry & never switched back. I was viciously hounded, attacked & harassed for it. The same people who claim Carp won’t allow anyone to ‘think for themselves’ came after me like rabid hyenas. They are the worst hypocrites on the site.
There is no doubt that SADO switched to Ann, and likely used ‘Anna’ briefly. The evidence is abundant & overwhelming.
I dont know— is it wrong?- i only noticed they had wichita in the wrong place, and sedgwick.. We need a valid and true copy BC to go forward with SAD..
