BEWARE FROBL’s!!!
You are being sent this message because you have recently been stung by a FROBL.
That would be a Free Republic Open Border Lobbyist. Do not be concerned! Their stingers are so tiny it’s laughable. Which is what makes them so darn pesty and contrary.
They make a lot of noise, considering there are only about a dozen of them, and are really quite harmless, unless they are able to zap some unsuspecting victim who has wandered into “their territory”. Now “their territory seems to be, well, whatever they decide it is, usually any thread with people trying to present news about or discuss a solution to the illegal immigration crisis. Oh, they have radar!! And they’re fast.
They will use the excuse for this disruption as support for President Bush. President Bush would probably be ashamed of their “buzzing”. You will learn to recognize them and avoid their harassment. I didn’t say it’s easy!! No, you’ll want to swat them. That’s what they want, masochistic little buggers!
One is a lawyer, or believes he is. He will spout case by case (always irrelevant) his best Johnny Cochran babble.
Another likes to come in with a show; big color display, with EVERY post.
You’ll recognize a couple of these FROBL’s when you find, after being a patriotic, religious, conservative, self-reliant, first amendment type your entire life, that you are now a racist, xenophobic, idiot, undereducated moronic, lazy, Mexican/Bush hating, Buchananite anti-semite isolationist Hillary worshiper. This one wants you to feel smaller than him. Don’t worry, it can’t be done.
One or two will defend making money off the hiring of illegals, avoiding taxes, minimum wage laws and what price his fellow citizens pay to subsidize his wealth.
Another one just bursts in briefly, fluttering her little wings to coach on one of her clan with a quick one liner to let you know she doesn’t like you, your opinion or source (no matter how conservative, reliable or factual it is). This one will remind you of her “seniority”. “Get it, Newbie??!!!!” Here’s where they show their true stripe, claiming to be compassionate to illegal border jumpers but proving how open minded they actually are when attacking a new poster.
But the worst are the two or three that will pretend to being “gentle”as if your IQ is just too low to comprehend anything about this issue.
It won’t matter if you’re living in a community that was a few years ago, “middle America” and now it is an illegal alien “camp” infested with crime, drugs, disease and despair.
It won’t matter if one of your family was killed by an illegal “ guest worker” even though illegal aliens now make up 1/3 of our incarceration rates.
It won’t matter when you tell them you are a college kid who can’t get hired because the foremen doesn’t speak English.
It won’t matter if you work for INS, Border patrol and try to make them understand the truth. They’ll call you a liar every time.
It won’t matter when you prove everything you say. So don’t even try. Tell someone who still has the ability to hear. They will appreciate it. Tell your congressional representatives and the White House.
FROBL’s, though they proclaim their superiority in every way over YOU, only have one vote, too.

It may interest you to know that the hispanic populace in Washington, D.C. grew 300% between 1980 and the year 2000.
Tell me something, I've never been to DC. Is it like most big cities with areas that are, shall we say, slummy? Areas that the politicians and elite would never have occasion to be in where they see how these illegals live? The part of my ancestors from the poor south fought, sweat, bled to make better lives for their coming generations, not to leave them to live in barrio's and poverty stricken neighborhoods with 10 times the people living in a house than what's it's capable of housing, full of crimes, drugs, you name it, and that's what these illegal neighborhoods look like.
Don't they see this? Of course they don't pick up their day laborers at "home" do they? They leave that to the "bosses", who are quite often legal "immigrants" or pick one up from a street corner. I can't imagine picking up anyone I didn't know and driving them to my home. Unbelievable.
Well they don't call them limousine liberals for nothing. They see the interior of their plush limos and out through tinted windows.
Some have incredible homes. Some have above average homes. None of them are spending the weekends in the poorer areas of town. Heck, I doubt many of them stay in town, but I don't know for sure.
You really should ask some of the DC chapter folks about what the town is like, for a more accurate opinion.
I've been there four or five times. It's tough to tell what areas are really run down, and what are just old and yet kept up, if you catch my drift. During the day the areas look rather nice. It is an older town. There are lots of old homes. Some are very nice. Others look more common.
I didn't actually see an area that I recognized during the daytime, as real poverty stricken. I hit the spots around the capital and, the mall, and north of the mall.

Yeah, but we're being inundated by an immigration problem of our own. Yankees! We're got em coming in from both directions. There's the newly retired coming from the northeast and there are the 'halfbacks' coming from Florida. (Halfbacks are yankees that retired to Florida and for one reason or another, didn't like it and moved halfway back.)
And the yankees are the biggest reason for our expanding hispanic population. They build a big ol retirement home, but because they're just a bunch of old geezers, they have to hire someone to do their landscaping and you know who does all the landscaping these days.
So our problem is two fold: damn yankees and illegals. Taxes are going up. Crime is going up. Quality of living is going down. I'm gonna hold on as long as I can, sell to some rich POS yankee and move further up into the mountains.
I can take you to a laundry in Alexandria where all the
televisions are on Spanish channels and instructions to operate the washers are in Spanish.

With each mindless vitriolic attack on one of my posts or on most any other anti-illegal alien poster by one of these frothing at the mouth rabid FROBL boosters I become convinced that I'm on the right track and the right side of this issue each time we're accosted by a FROBL alien booster. Their attacks usually are so often baseless, frivolous or downright asinine as anyone with any sense of intelligence and decency about themselves can't help but roll their eyes at these annoying little degenerate minded idiots.
It usually doesn't matter that you substantiate your claims as they just ignore the substantiation or deny it and make some other asinine claim that can't be substantiated with any facts. In time the truth outs these FROBL miscreants for who and what they are and what they stand for and yet like most useless pests they just keep coming back to irritate or just to bother you and your family.

That's what got me off the fence. I never paid much attention to the issue until I saw the FROBL acting like the anti-gun nuts - all personal attacks, emotionalism, distorting facts and figures, selective reporting, calling people racists if they dared to disagree. They were intellectually bankrupt and they needed to be exposed.

I'm for deporting all illegals, and THEN creating a guest worker program where immigrants come under contract with their employer. We could do this through the SBA as well.
