BB King was just asked about political comments during the war and he said "I think that there are going to be alot of things said tonight that I don't agree with."
Way to go B.B!

I think this is pretty big news.. Cbs came out and said they wouldn't stifle creative expression. And we know that musicians love to rebel.
So the fact that they are quiet is huge news. They are definitely worried about album sales and dollars in their own pocket.
COldplay will probably win an award so watch for his hand there.
We will have to watch the Oscars to see if they keep it quiet there too.

I took my daughter to see 'NSYNC several years ago for her birthday and I actually enjoyed their concert -- she loved it! I am a closet NSYNC fan myself...some of their music is juvenile, but some of it is actually pretty good.
I actually like Justin Timberlakes solo album.

I've never heard of Coldplay. But they're pretty good.Nothing that Procol Harum didn't do earlier....
And better.
I am totally underwhelmed with what I've heard tonight. The snippet from Dolly Parton's album has been the highlight.

Hello. How's the weather there? Are you sick of the snow yet?

There was something written on the piano that said "Make Trade....." couldn't see the rest.

That's a purse? It looks like something she killed in Jabba's palace.

I confess, I like Barry Manilow. Alright! It actually was one of the best concerts I've ever seen! *thud* I took my sis instead of my husband, b/c I knew he'd just sit there and make fun of him. Heh.

James Taylor is awesome! Yes, he is, as far as his music. I'm not watching the show, it's not on out here yet, and I'm not planning on watching anyway. I just hope he's not going to say something stupid.

Barry Mannilow concert attendee....*hanging head in shame*I sang with Barry once. We go way back. I think the song was "The National Anthem". I think it was at a baseball game.

I liked the piano playing, his voice sounded like it was pretty good. Maybe not so good live?
