Not much happening at the lounge today. I'm sorry it's so hot where you are. I guess none of the states on the northern boundry of the country believe in air
conditioning. My friends in SD don't have air either. We couldn't survive without it. Ninety six is normal all summer where I live!

I think it is help yourself day today. That is even better than $2.00 all you can drink beer. Here is another story to keep you interested:

I was playing golf with my buddy Rick. We were on the sixteenth tee. The fairway borders on a street with a nice white fence separating them. Rick tees up a ball, gives it a smack and it hooks over into the road. As I watch a bus comes by, the ball hits the tire and bounces back onto the course, onto the green. I asked Rick how he did that.

Rick says, "You have to know the schedule."

Hey everyone, Now, from Las Vegas, it's Just another Joe.

We hit the ground, I know a bad choice of phrases, about 12:45 loacal time.
We got the rental car, found the easiest way to get to the Treasure Island, and then I ended up parking at the Mirage.
Hey, coming in the back way it's easy to do.

We took the tram over to the Treasure Island and checked in. We made it up to the room and collapsed for about 5 minutes then I started looking for the high speed internet outlet. There was none.
I called the front desk and asked about this. They told me that they didn't have any smoking rooms with HSIC. I asked to speak to the manager and informed her that I had specifically asked the questions when booking the room if they had smoking rooms, if they had HSIC, and if they had smoking rooms with HSIC. I informed her that the answer was yes to all three questions.
To make a long story short, they gave me a room with HSIC and told me I could smoke in it.

Having a snack now and going to go down to the lounge and look around in just a little bit.

I'm back from the ELVIS parade - boy that was fun to see so many people having fun. There were child Elvi, Senior Citizen Elvi, Black Elvi, white Elvi, even a Elvi Drag Queen! But everyone was just having a good ole time being silly!

Amazing the effect that man had on society!

But admidst all the light heartedness, the most inspiring sight was the Marine Color Guard leading the parade in absolute seriousness, pride and devotion.

Hey, it made me feel so good, here's drinks on me for everybody! If I've left anyone out just give me a yell!
