We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
At the NAA(L)CP conference, the Rev. Jesse Jackson labeled President Bush and AG Ashcroft as the "most threatening combination in our lifetime."
A Congressional panel has subpoenaed the records of Martha Stewart's broker.
And the President is pushing his plan of tough new penalties on corporation leaders who undertake corporate fraud.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I had to think about it for a minute before I could piece it together.
I made the mistake of looking at the pictures on the website first. It does look truly impressive.
My heart sank when I saw there were no evening hours and I came back to the realization there is a law of physics problem here.
Dang that time change.
Should you run into problems along the way, give us a call at our house. (Sent to your mailbox.)We're here to serve.
God bless you in your travels.
But last night I had a nightmare about it: one afternoon, I opened the door to find Townsend and her toothy grin on my doorstep! YIKES!
Next thing, I'm hiding under my bed!!LOL!
If the voters let her get away with these antics....
And the media: they ought to let her have it with all the obnoxiousness they can easily muster!
I just heard on Fox that Louis Farakahn said that in a war on Iraq, American Muslims would desire an Iraqi victory.
Treason?
First exit into Ohio from Indiana on the Turnpike eastbound.
Sedition? No, that doesn't work either. All because the demonflops blocked any consideration of a declaration of war.
Even with a declaration, it wouldn't be treason. It would fall into sedition, however, and that is still very serious.
Now if actual combat operations were going on, and his remarks led to violence in this country, treason could be arguable.
I will check with Mrs. Chairman and get back to you on this.
So, even if there is an 'official' declaration of war against Iraq, supporting the enemy from within the United States is not treason if it doesn't lead to violence?
If this guy keeps this up, he will cause such a resentment in America that there will be real problems.
What a terrible person he is.
That would be a net three hours added to the drive time that day. Since the schedule has us into the hotel in Ohio at about 5 PM local, that would push it to around 9 PM with the dinner break.
Too much, I'm afraid. :((
Which causes his real agenda to surface.
If he really hates America that much, he is free to leave.
Maybe his new found friends in Baghdad would have him.
No, it's just bad free speech.
Which, as our Founders implied, should be countered by a higher quantity and quality of opposing free speech.
I'm only referring to speech. Taking actual action, observed by at least two people, against the United States within or without of the country, is treason in time of war.
Simply remarking you like the other side is not.
Then this is a good thing.
In the current patriotic climate combined with the fear of further terrorist attacks, it is unlikely that his anti-American rants will go unnoticed.
Miss Marple, is there any investigation going on in prisons regarding Islamic recruiting through 'ministries' to prisoners?
Treason can involve giving information to the enemy.......sort of like Bill Clinton did, right?
