tree update: tree has begun to lose more leaves again. soon it will be completely bare. had it fertilized professionally. there will be no new growth this year, but i am hoping that it comes back next spring. he's very sad looking. :(

I have to get my viddles for Neet's fave dish tonight....yup, you guessed it...Pot roast!! This imp thought thinks that you have to submerge the cow in a cauldron of water and boil like its a spud.She would definitely love the way I do it, just wrapped in foil with onion soup mix and baked, then braise for a bit when all the juice runs out and makes a wunnerful gravy.

Oh, Madame Cochon, any cake left today, or did it disappear while you were sleepwalking last night??;-)

Boy... pot roast sounds good for tonight.. I do cook mine on the stove but in very little water.. So the gravy is nice and dark.. I'm also thinking roast with roasted potatoes and all the fixins.. Pork, or Beef, that's the question? Just had Lamb, so that's out.. Oh I did give away a good third of the cake.. It is delicious and now a fav of Al's.. Will have to make that again I guess...

Now.. dinner.... Hmmmmmmmm, you've got me thinkin.. My own twisted recipe of Chicken Divan?

Grannie..that is just one beautiful Rhodie...I love rhodies, and the color there that you have is just wonderful...Palo has been posting it regularly on the Freepathon,and I do believe its my favorite flower picture to day...and thats saying something, because my favorite flowers are really the roses, but this pic you took is really wonderful..
