I have to get my viddles for Neet's fave dish tonight....yup, you guessed it...Pot roast!! This imp thought thinks that you have to submerge the cow in a cauldron of water and boil like its a spud.She would definitely love the way I do it, just wrapped in foil with onion soup mix and baked, then braise for a bit when all the juice runs out and makes a wunnerful gravy.

Boy... pot roast sounds good for tonight.. I do cook mine on the stove but in very little water.. So the gravy is nice and dark.. I'm also thinking roast with roasted potatoes and all the fixins.. Pork, or Beef, that's the question? Just had Lamb, so that's out.. Oh I did give away a good third of the cake.. It is delicious and now a fav of Al's.. Will have to make that again I guess...
