Three Wendy's employees in South Carolina were arrested after allegedly pulling food from the trash and spitting on it before serving it to a customer who had complained about her initial order.
Aaliyah Shuntai Sanders, 23, Trinity Lashell Rice, 19, and Shadela Crystal Holley were all charged with tampering with a human drug product or food item following the incident at a Wendy’s in the city of Union.
Fox Carolinas reported that all three suspects were arrested separately between June 16 and June 22.
The incident occurred on May 31 when a customer ordered from the drive-thru but encountered an issue with her meal. When she requested a refund, staff members took the food back. However, the employees then offered to remake the order, which the customer ultimately accepted before driving away.
While driving, the customer received a phone call from someone at the restaurant who informed her that an employee had pulled her food from a trash can and spat on it.
Upon checking the meal, the woman realized the "new" order was actually the same food from her initial order.
She immediately contacted the police to report the incident. The victim also called the store to speak with the restaurant manager, who confirmed he had spoken with the staff and verified the allegations. The manager noted that all three employees involved had been written up.

How would anyone know? It tastes like garbage.
Welcome to our new and improved low trust society. If given jail time for these antics their food trays should pass in front of every prisoner to get some form of special sauce. Eat it or starve.
“Written up???? Not immediately fired and removed from the premises????? Unreal.”
Good help is hard to find!................😁
We’ll just go with “Poison”....
Not to long ago you could get a small burger,Fries,Chicken nuggets and a Drink for Six Bucks that was very decent.

Fast Food Junkie
That’s me.
I can’t stand their hamburgers anymore
I didn’t know Je$$e Jack$on was still working in fast food.
This is also why, no matter how aggrieved you may feel about your order, do not send it back. Just leave the restaurant and don’t come back. I have seen video of what goes on in kitchens, and it’s not just black people doing it, either.
New “A+W” in Town...

“Good help is hard to find!................😁”
In this day and age ANY help is hard to find.
I like their chili, and choc frosty’s
> When she requested a refund… <
Know where you’re at. If you order from a fast-food place, don’t complain. Let it go.
You might get your complaint successfully resolved. But it’s not worth a roll of the dice.
I’m right there with you, and equally disappointed. It wasn’t long ago when a Dairy Queen foot long chili cheese dog was a certified substitute for manna. Not anymore.
Written ‘up’
They were moved higher on the posted performance chart.
Is it them again, Yogi?
It’s always them, Boo-boo.
The manager likely CAN’T fire on the spot due to corporate HR policies. Also likely has to accept any worker hired by a biased HR .
Where’s shithead and Lemonjello?
Milk, butter, and cream, are just about the only things I buy in retail stores. I even make my own laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.
Look around you if you enter a restaurant or grocery store. Take your time. Observe the staff. You'll be changed.
Check
I mostly agree. The only time I would complain is if I order a high priced steak medium rare and it is served dead. I wouldn't complain if the steak turned out medium..
Just one of the many reasons I no longer eat at fast food places.
