NOBODY IS TELLING YOU THE REAL STORY OF THE SCOTUS VOTING RIGHTS RULINGYes, the Court ruled 6-3.
Yes, race-based districting is now unconstitutional.
Yes, Louisiana's map got thrown out.
But here's the part everyone is missing:
Democrats don't have a House majority without those court-ordered maps.
→ A dozen of their current seats sit in districts that only exist because federal courts FORCED states to draw them
→ Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina — every one has at least one Democrat seat in a court-created black-majority district
→ Their House margin is FOUR seats
→ SCOTUS just made 12 of their 213 seats legally redrawable
→ Republican-led legislatures don't need new voters — they need a redistricting committee and a Tuesday afternoonIf race-based districts are unconstitutional, then Louisiana redraws.
If Louisiana redraws, then Alabama redraws.
If Alabama redraws, then every Southern state redraws.
If every Southern state redraws, the Democrat House majority was a 60-year courtroom artifact — not an election result.
That's what nobody is saying out loud.
The 2026 midterms were just decided 6-3 — six months before Election Day.
if you're not following me you're finding out about this 48 hours late from someone who read my post..

Please, please, please redraw James Clyburn’s (D-SC) ridiculous district. The old bastard has done enough damage forcing Obama, Biden, Harris and KBJ down America’s throats. Free the SC primary from his greasy old hands. The old goat must go.
Is there time to do this before the midterms?
But can and will GOP fix it before 2026 election?
Florida just did it and eliminated 4 Democrat house seats.
Florida was already ahead of this. I was asking about Louisiana, Alabama, etc
Keep in mind that district maps cannot be redrawn after the election process is started.
This probably has the RINOs as scared as the Democrats, so we’ll see who has the spine to actually redraw the maps.
Hopefully, MS with get rid of Bennie Thompson. He REALLY needs to retire!
I’d opine they have to or be in violation of the law.
Huh...that’s a shame...
Democrat House majority was a 60-year courtroom artifact.
Poor judgement has results with the ignorant voters in mass number democrats propaganda is another one of their greatest tools.
Alabama can’t do it for this cycle. Would be nice to sideline Terri Sewell, but it is what it is.
My little FL county of 15,000 was sued buy the NAACP decades ago because the black neighborhood didn’t have a black county commissioner under the existing at-large commissioner system.
Since then we’ve had five little fiefdoms, one commissioner each, one black of course, all of whom couldn’t care less about the rest of the county outside of their district.
I suspect the court order from long ago will soon be challenged and vacated.
godd@mn tyrant judges.
Lessee, the business of the SPLC was raising money to spread among democrats by fomenting racial divisions.
Likewise the NAACP business is to raise money to spread among democrats by fomenting racial divisions.
Hmm. Without a Voting Rights Act basis to spread racial hatred, gotta’ wonder if the NAACP will also soon be a spent force like the SPLC.
As do Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas, etc. The Democratic NGOs have even admitted this can cost the Democrats up to 19 seats.
If you take 19 seats from the Democrats, since 1995, they have only had the House for 2 years, and that is due to the 2008 election.
Glad tidings!! WHEEEEE
I wonder what the democrat commies will blow up, literally, if the southern states all do the redistricting.?
Let the gerrymander games really begin.
After the 2030 census is going to get even worse for the Democrats.
